Chapter Twenty Two

Angelica's POV

I was inside my mate's study room alone while Rebecca and my three mates had something to discuss about in their secret meeting room.

I understand that they think it's too soon for me to see their secret meeting room so I just stayed behind in their study, looking out of the window.

The answer to your question lies within you Angelica. Only you would know how to stop them.

The witch's voice echoed inside my head as I tried to think about how I'll be able to stop demons.

I'm just an average 18-year-old, who just figured out she was not only a Vampire Angel but the Goddess of the Vampire Angel.

I don't even understand how I am the descendants of the last goddess. Surely, if my mother was the goddess she would have told me.

I was deep in my thoughts that I didn't notice the 4 presence behind me until I felt a hand wrapped itself around my waist from behind.

I broke out of my train of thoughts and turned my head sideways and smiled.

"Why the long face? What were you thinking about Beautiful?"

I placed my hands above Joshua's hands and leaned back against his chest.

"Just this and that."

I whispered out softly and he gave me a light kiss on my head before turning me around and pulling me towards the other 3 people standing in the room.

"So Angelica...."

I stared at Rebecca who was looking at me with her cheeky smile.

"Why are you looking at me like that?"

She immediately composed herself and turned emotionless but started smiling again nonetheless.

"We are having a party tonight!"

She exclaimed almost immediately and I gawked at her with raised eyebrows.

"A party? Why?"

I turned towards Seungcheol, Jeonghan and Jisoo, who were looking at Rebecca with an amused face.

"Well, it was my idea since the people of the Vampire Community had not known that their three eldest princes have found their mate."

My eyes widened slightly and I lifted my hand up and nervously pointed at myself.

"A party for me?"

"Yes!"

She yelled enthusiastically while I flinched and closed my eyes at her loud voice.

"I don't think that's necessary Rebec-"

"It's tonight and everyone is notified! Now we just need to get you ready."

I stared at her in shock.

How did she plan this so fast?

"Now let's go Angelica. I'm going to make you drop dead gorgeous which will make these three have a heart attack."

I stared at the three she gestured towards and send them some signals as to stop her but they just smiled and simple shrugged.

How could they?!

"Lets go!!"

Rebecca grabbed my arm and pulled me out of the room while I turned back to ask for help but they just laughed and waved me goodbye.

Those good for nothing jerks!
