A/N

Thank you guys so much for 2k!! Jeez, I never imagined I would ever get this far. Like, ever. So, keep reading, keep voting and keep loving Mat <3

Jason sat at the desk on the opposite side of the living room from MatPat, Steph and Lilli as he tested the microphones and camera. Lilli sat between them on the couch, fanart scattered behind them on the wall. Lilli looked behind her to see a watercolour image of Foxy from FNAF, his fur seeping into the edges of the paper. It looked fantastic, she thought.

"Cameras set up, mics are all working, Steph, I'll check the laptop connection now," Jason stated as he played around with the monitor settings on the computer. Suddenly the monitor in front of them changed from the game screen to the Twitter feed. MatPat smiled, and pulled the laptop closer towards him, to within arms reach.

"You ready for your first stream?" Steph asked, placing an arm around Lilli and pulling her in for a hug. She nodded, a grin spreading from ear to ear.

"What game are we doing, again? Sara is Missing?" Lilli asked, taking a sip of her drink, her light lipstick staining the end of the straw. She placed the can back on the table before her, and listened to Jason count down.

"5... 4... 3... 2... 1,"

"Hello and welcome to GTLive!" MatPat exclaimed, and the viewer count suddenly exploded. From 600 waiting to 2,500 currently watching. Lilli smiled, not even able to comprehend the fact she was on the stream she made sure to watch as frequently as her old timezone would allow.

"Now, the chat is already blowing up with questions, 'Who is she?' 'MatPat explain!'" Steph said as she read the chat flying past, and as Jason checked Twitter on the laptop before him. "Introduce yourself," she continued. Lilli looked over to MatPat, who nodded. Lilli turned to face the camera.

"I'm Lilli, and as you could probably tell by my horrible accent, I'm Australian. And I'm also Mat's daughter," she stopped speaking, as her heart stopped beating. She held her breath, the room remaining silent for slightly too long. MatPat cleared his throat.

"So, now that's cleared up, you're also probably wondering why we're playing a game we've already completed," he started, sitting forward on the couch, and the monitor changed to show the game screen.

"Sara is Missing is... well not like a lot of most horror games, like FNAF or TattleTail, or any indie horror game everyone's buying on Steam. I've had an idea for a theory, and many of you guys have been asking for a theory since we played this a while back. So, here it is, playing Sara is Missing, with our kid, for a theory. Quality content!"

Steph and Lilli laughed, and Jason was heard laughing from the corner of the room. MatPat started up the game, still rambling with Steph about the last time they played the game. But everything they said, Lilli already knew. It was like they actually found a mobile phone, and were trying to find out where Sara was. Lilli always liked the game, and watched at least three YouTubers play the game. Markiplier, Jacksepticeye and... oh no.

MatPat. How was she going to be his daughter and his fan? What would his other fans think? She didn't want to be hated, she'd been through enough of that already. She suddenly remembered the times her old father came home drunk. He was yelling at his wife, and Lilli could nearly hear their harsh words, like bullets flying through the living room. She remembered cowering in her room, scrambling through her drawers to find her headphones and her phone. She opened her bedroom window and climbed outside. She stood in the backyard, the sun setting over the fence. She placed the headphones in her ears, and ran over to Jessica's house. They hung out for hours on end, listening to music, talking, watching YouTube. Always something with her.

She snapped back, watching the screen as MatPat tried to choose certain tasks in certain orders to unlock a specific ending. They were already up to choosing how to interact with IRIS, the in-game version of a phone's SIRI. MatPat looked over to Lilli and Steph, smiling.

"Okay, the choice is yours, Lil," he said as he pointed to the options. She remembered the other video, but was cautious about saying so.

"If you wanted to be mean to IRIS, ask why they care about Sara. If it really is the in-game equivalent of SIRI, then maybe it will dismiss the question. If they aren't, or have something to hide, then they will retaliate," She said, assessing the options. She looked at MatPat's face, and he nodded slowly, approvingly.

"The route to the cult ending, go!" he exclaimed as he chose the option. Steph, Lilli and MatPat had running commentary of the game for another hour, until it was about five in the afternoon. They had asked Lilli's advice for many things, as if she were an expert. In truth, she had just seen so many play-throughs of so many games.

She stood up and started to walk over to the tripod, and start dis-assembling it. Steph walked behind her, and pulled her in for a hug.

"Thanks for joining us again, Lilli," she said, a tear dropping onto Lilli's shoulder. She stepped back, and continued, "I remember when you were a toddler. Always smiling, always happy. Just the cutest bundle of joy. We're sorry, we truly are," she took a second to collect her thoughts, and looked over to MatPat.

"Thanks again," he said, "It's always good to have fresh eyes looking at theories. And being a fan, you know a fair bit about some of the games, correct?" he asked, his brown eyes catching a warm glow in the late evening sun that escaped through the curtains. Lilli thought for a minute, trying to think of all the episodes of games she saw, and remembered. There were quite a few, but she condensed them to a short list.

"Yes, um..." she stuttered, running a hand through her hair, "Until Dawn, Sara is Missing, Little Nightmares, FNAF, Undertale and Overwatch. I know most of the lore, some science thanks to you, and my maths teacher taught me how to calculate pixel measurements accurately," Lilli looked up at MatPat, his mouth slightly agape. She laughed to herself, and explained.

"She was a bit of a computer nerd, and also watched your videos. Ms Geiger, her name is,"

"Good maths teacher," Steph replied. She took all their empty drink cans to the bin in the kitchen, and started on dinner. She placed a pot on the stove, filled with water, and pre-heated the stove-top. "Hope you like spaghetti!" she called.

Lilli turned back to MatPat, and they both walked to the kitchen. As they walked past the bench top, he picked up the packet of store-bought bolognese sauce, and placed it next to the oven. Lilli looked on the window-sill on the far end of the kitchen at the herbs growing. Thyme, rosemary, basil, chives and mint all grew in small pots, little labels sticking out of the soil. She picked a few basil leaves and placed them on the bench as she looked for a chopping board. She could hear Steph dumping the pasta in the water, and opened the fourth cupboard to find a few boards. She took one out, and started preparing the herbs.
