Ready. (part i)

Jame's POV

"Why am I sweating so much? I've know Al since we were little," I said.

"Just chill, she's a girl. A girl that is your best friend," Albus said sitting on my bed.

"Thanks, but that didn't help."

"No problem," he said sarcastically.

I rolled my eyes knowingly he saw. He just laughed.

"I can't get this stupid tie on," I said frustrated, "Mum!"

My mum came running, literally running, up the stairs to get to my room.

"I'm here!" she exclaimed.

"Can you fix my tie?" I asked.

"Awe, of course sweetie," she said with tears in her eyes, "you're so handsome."

"Thanks mum..."

Albus started to laugh until my mom darted him a glare then smiled at me. I could see Albus in the mirror making kissy lips at me and and trying not to laugh. Mum didn't see, so he didn't get in trouble, like usual. 

When I was ready mum looked like she was going to cry. Dad was there by her side smiling at me. Lily and Albus was there looking at me weird. That, or I was seeing things.

Mum had to give me one more hug before I went to pick up Al.

"Ready?" asked Albus.

"Ready," I repeated with confidence.

 Al is my neighbor so I just decided to walk over to her house.

So I hope that I am ready.
