I glare at the huge, green trees that infested the large park as my grandfather observed the area around us, trying to see if there was any evidence to find out who kidnapped Jake.

I walked around the area where the benches are sitting firmly in place as I looked, desperately searching to find out where is my friend. I could feel my heart thumping against my chest while pounding through my ears, my stomach twisted and I suddenly remembered my mother.

I looked over to one of the brown, wooden bench that sits in the shade under a beautiful mango lit tree.

My eyes were quickly attracted to the sight of a figure sitting on the bench cross legged as the woman face was shape with a smirked, her lips were blood red and a dimple slightly formed at left her cheek. Her eyes were pitch black and soulless while her hair fell slightly over her eyes and was messy with knots tangled all over it. It was no other than Amanda.

My head immediate began to throb as the pounding migraine starts to pain even more. My stomach felt like it was being twisted over and over again blazing with fear.

I gripped on my head tightly at the temples as my eyes squeezed close before I started to massage it with my index fingers for some sort of relief.

It didn't work and I stood there trying to make the pain disappear, desperately rubbing my temples in a circular motion.

My eyes slowly opened and I saw my mother walking towards me. She looked dead. Her skin was pale, almost white and her eyes still black and blood red while her tangled hair fell messily over her right eye.

My heart raced, speeding up from the last time. This time I swore it was going to fly out off my chest and I began gasping for air, feeling the space around me shrinking as the air in my lungs was slowly being squeezed out, leaving me breathless.

' Breathe Kaleb, breathe!' I thought before my back collided with the cold, pitch ground under me and so did the rest of my body while my eyes were tightly shut and I couldn't breathe.

******

" Wake up hijo! Wake up son!" Grandpa said, slightly slapping my cheeks softly. He was by my side and his voice sounded desperate.

My eyes flew open as I sucked in the fresh air around me with my upper body flying off the ground so I'm now in a sitting position.

I looked in the direction where my mother was sitting and I realized that no one was there, that everything was all in my head. I had imagined everything. It wasn't real. Thank you, Lord. I exhaled slowly as my shoulders thug downwards.

"Ah...my head." I shot back, clutching onto it with my hands, rubbing the temples in a circular motion, bringing my knees up to my chest. My head was squealing in pain and my stomach was still uneasy.

"What just happened hijo? Are you okay?"

"Yes abuelo I'm fine. It's just a headache that's all, but I think-" I trailed off when realization hit me.

"You think what hijo?" Grandpa asked nervously.

"I think....I think I just had a panic attack." I said turning my head to watch him. I saw flash of fear in his gray eyes.

"Do you want to go back home and rest? I can send some of my people to find Jake." Grandpa said worryingly as I saw hurt flashed through his eyes before shifting his gaze to the ground. " Your father got panic attacks when he was younger. If you think it's about to happen again just focus on your breathing and look at the sky or anything that could call you down. Okay?"
