Kaleb's POV

She's going with him on vacation? But, how? Hunter and I had a list of dumb but yet fun things we wanted to do.

"Where?" I asked, not taking my eyes of her. Her head bend down, guilt wrapped around her small frame.

"I don't know. He just asked if I wanted to go with him. I didn't want to break his heart so I said yes. I don't want to go." She whispered, loud enough for me to hear.

"Well, I mean if you-" I was cut off with the lack of words," Ugh..I don't know." I said, roughly passing my fingers through my messy hair.

Her phone beeped when she got a message, then another. I raised my eyebrow in curiosity.

I stood there staring at her until she finally spoke up," He wants to go to the countryside for a month. He wants to leave next week Saturday."

My eyes widened. Shock laced through me. A month, really?

A sudden feeling of shock drove through my body catching the breath out of me. I felt like someone had squeezed the air out of my body, leaving me breathless. My heart began to race, struggling for air to refill my lungs.

I dropped to the ground, pulling my knees to my chest and holding my head as a migraine pounced through.

I began shaking, the feeling of shock and fear filled me. What is happening? Why is it happening?

Tears blurred my vision, as stress produced them. I heard shuffling before small arms raveled itself around my husky figure.

"Breathe Kay, breathe." Hunter's soft voice floated through my head as she continuously repeats the same line. Her hand travelled down to my back caressing it ever to soothingly.

What was happening?

My eyes were closed, shut, but then I heard a raspy voice that didn't belong to Hunter whatsoever.

"Kaleb. Oh Kaleb." She sang.

Fear drilled me down to my stop. I couldn't move I felt stuck.

"No leave me alone!" I yelled out, my voice breaking.

"Kaleb who are you talking too?" Hunter asked. I opened my eyes to see that no one was there. Oh thank God. I let out a sigh of relief.

"I-i thought she-she was here. I heard it." I stutter, trying to pull myself together.

Hunter wiped under my cheeks, desperation cluttered her eyes, while sadness traced her face. She felt the pain with me.

"I'm here okay. Don't worry, I won't let her hurt you." She whispered giving me a forced smile.

I give her back a smile before getting up. She got up with me watching what I was going to do.

"I'm going back to bed." I said pulling the curtains so it'll block the sun from entering. The room became dark and I skated into bed pulling my covers over me.

I heard walking then a figure pulped down besides me. I opened my droopy eyes slowly to see Hunter getting comfortable in my bed," Did you feel the wrong bed?" I asked raising my eyebrow at her.

"No." She smiled before continuing," I need to stay with you just in case anything happens." She assured.

She turned to face me, the temptation of pulling her closer to me rising beyond its limits. Stop it Kaleb she has a boyfriend.

We laid there just staring into each other's eyes. Her green orbs sparkling brighter than the sun.

She cleared her throat, looking down at something before she spoke up," I'm booking an appointment at the therapist and you are going, no buts." She said firmly. She hates pressuring me into something that's personal and I have to do.

"When?" I asked.

"Hopefully next Friday." She said. I nod but sleepiness crawled up my neck biting me to sleep. Her hand started to gently brush my hair back playing with it.

I wanted to wrap my hand around her but I can't. A sigh escaped my mouth which then turned into a sigh of enjoyment. I peeked, opening both eyes seeing Hunter smiling at me.

She shuffled closer, took my hand and wrapped it around her small frame. Oh thank God. Resisting the temptation was hard.

I pulled her closer into me before she tucked her head into my chest. She tranced circles on my arms until she fell asleep. Her scent of cherries snaking around me. The warmth of her next to me made me soon sleep away darkness enrolling around me.

******

"Hey Kaleb." Toby signalled, running towards me. I'm currently sitting on the bench at the park. My headphones plugged in and I'm scrolling through Instagram. Hunter filled up my phone with all her songs. She normally doesn't use her phone for music so she uses mine.

One direction, five seconds of summer, why don't we and the list goes on. Ooo Major Lazer, click.

My music style is all over the place, I don't have one specific genre of music. Whatever sound good is my type of music. It's pretty weird thinking about it.

"Hey. What's up?" I asked, raising one eyebrow at him.

"I'm carrying Hunter to Dad's escape in Lambertville." He said panting whilst taking a seat next to me.

"I've heard." I said looking up at him.

He let out a long groan, looking up at the sky.

" What's wrong?" I asked, not really wanting to know.

"There's this girl-" he breathed out before I stopped him," Hunter, right? It must be her because I don't think you're cheating." I said bluntly, anger starting to bubble in my stomach.

"Well..." He trailed off. The anger digged up my neck wanting to flow out from my mouth but I just swallowed it, trying to conceal myself.

"I don't want to hear anymore. If you hurt my Hunter I will personally kill you and bury you. I won't be nice to do a funeral for you." I barked out getting up from my seat and stamping my way out the park, not wanting to see the shock expression on his face.

He better not hurt her. I should start planning his death right now.

Okay we could use a knife or a gun or just strangle him. Whoa, okay I should chill a little. The anger is getting to my head. Breathe Kaleb, breathe.
