Mikha held down her turban as she flew through the air. A few loose strands flapped wildly. Beside her, Rashil hung onto Xander's back as he used his djinn powers to keep pace. They flew high enough to shrink the people below down to childsize.
Mikha had been listening to her sister's explaination of how this uprising came to be. "HE DID WHAT?"
Rashil sighed. She gripped Xander's shoulders tighter. "Cassim confessed to me."
"LIKE A LOVE CONFESSION?"
Rashil furrowed her brow irritably. "Yes, like a love confession. Now stop shouting!"
Xander huffed. "I'm going to kill that dread-locked imbecile..."
"Not if I get to him first."
Mikha sighed worriedly. "What was Alibaba thinking, leaving like that? He can't go up against everyone, especially not with the skills he has now. He hasn't even mastered parshal djinn equip, yet!"
Rashil pushed up her glasses. "That's why we're going to help him."
Xander gasped. "It's a good thing we went ahead of Miss Morgiana, mistress. It looks like Mister Alibaba needs all the help he can get!"
Mikha and Rashil looked down to where the dirty-blonde djinn was pointing.
In the courtyard of the Balbadd palace, Alibaba was surrounded by guards. They all pointed spears at him, trapping him in a circle of certain death.
Rashil banged her fist on top of the nearest surface (Xander's head) and groaned loudly. "That idiot!"
Xander whimpered. "Mistress..."
The brunette retracted her fist. "Oops! I'm sorry." She soothingly stroked his cheek with her finger.
They heard Abdmad yell, "I've had enough of this! Banker, kill him!"
She and Mikha came to a halt, hovering high above the courtyard.
Rashil grit her teeth. "We've gotta help him!"
Mikha took a sharp breath. "Borg!" she yelled. A large Borg surrounded Alibaba, pushing the guards back in multiple directions.
Abdmad screeched, "What is going on? Banker, tell me what is going on!"
Even Markio looked surprised. "I'm afraid I couldn't tell you, your majesty, for I have no idea."
Alibaba gasped and looked up at the sky. "Mikha?" His eyes widened more. "Xander, Rashil? What the hell are you doing--" Alibaba was unable to finish his sentence.
A large man with muscular arms and a cloak landed in front of him, nearly crushing one of the unconcious guards.
Rashil pulled herself up on Xander's shoulders to get a better view and almost slipped off. She steadied herself. "What the heck is that thing, Mi?!"
Mikha bundled her fists. "I... I don't know."
Rashil tugged on her Djinn's soft locks. "Xan? Do you know?"
"I heard them call it by the name 'Entai', though I can't be sure of the species of creature, or even if it's human, until we get a little closer," Xander said.
Rashil's long hair blew in the breeze. "Entai, huh? That name sounds familiar."
Mikha nodded thoughtfully. "Yes, I agree."
Below, Entai stood up straight, towering above Alibaba.
"What the..." Alibaba started. "I have no business with you!"
