-Mia
The hooded figure only stands there for a few seconds before turning and walking out of whatever room I'm in, ignoring my calls for them to turn around and show themselves.
I'm left alone. Again.
My mind wanders to Marcus, where is he? Does he even know I'm gone? Is he the hooded figure?
I shake the thoughts out of my head as soon as they enter it.
Marcus wouldn't hurt me, as soon as he finds out I'm missing he's going to come and find me. I know it.
Or I think I do.
Time passes, what seems like hours go by and I'm still tied up, confused and hungry. Just as I was before.
The door opens yet again but this time somebody else walks through the door.
He's tall, and thin, with big blue eyes and curly brown and blonde hair, he stands in front of me, a smirk plastered across his perfectly handsome face,
'Hello, love' the man greets me, with a sly tone to his enchanting voice. His accent was thick and British, just the way he was standing intimidated me to the point where I felt sick.
'Who are you?' I manage to choke out, my heart beats faster than the speed of light.
'My names Kael.' He smirks, before stretching his arms out to signal the room, 'welcome to my lair.'
I narrow my eyes at his statement, 'where are we?what do you want from me? Where's -'
Kael raises a hand to stop me, 'so many questions, yet so few answers. Tell me, Mia, where do you think you are.'
I pause before answering his question, 'how do you know my name?'
His smirk widens across his face, 'doesn't everyone know your name?'
The confusion is overwhelming, 'what do you mean?'
Kael simply shrugs in response before turning and walking out of the "lair".
Three guard enter just as Kael leave, with a huge saw. My eyes widen, and I immediately assume the worst,
'Please don't kill me! I'm way to young to die!' I panic, but the guards still advance towards me.
A loud laugh sounds from the doorway, before I hear the booming voice of Kael again, 'Don't worry, love, you're to valuable to kill!'
One of the guards cuts the chains holding me down using the saw, much to my horror. I rub my wrists and look up at Kael who is now standing a few meters from me, a growl sounds from the back of my throat.
'Don't even try' he says casually, rolling his eyes. 'I could kill you in an instant.'
I scoff, 'yeah sure you could' I say sarcastically, and Kael's face darkens. Black veins start to form underneath his eyes and on his face, his eyes turn a jet black.
'Want to find out?' He asks, and I gulp,
'N-no' I stutter, cursing my cowardliness.
Kael's face returns to normal and he smirks again, 'good, I'm glad that's sorted then. For now you can follow me so we can discuss your life.' His eyes glint before he continues, 'or how long is left of it.'
Before I can say anything, Kael has already walked out, leaving me scared and dumbfounded. I have no choice but to follow him out of the room.

A loud crash awakens me from my slumber and I sit up in bed, rubbing my face. There is no other noice other than silence.
'Hello?' I call out, swinging my legs out of bed and walking out into the dark hall.
I peak my head round into Mia's room to find her bed empty,
Something's not right.
'Who's there?!' I say louder this time, moving into the kitchen. My hand brushes along the wall, trying to find the light switch.
I stumble over the doorway, and curse under my breath before my hand finally hits the light switch.
The lights flicker on, illuminating the penthouse and giving it an eerie feeling it didn't have 3 hours ago.
My bare feet patter across the wooden floor, the sound echoes around the whole space.
'Mia?' I call out softly, I can catch her scent faintly, she was here recently.
My eyes trail to the open doors of the balcony and I swear my heart plummets.
She didn't jump, right?
I shake that silly thought out of my head, she wouldn't do that.
•••
I spend about 15 minutes searching for her around the penthouse before I finally give up, she's not here.
Panic starts to set in, what happened to her? Was she kidnapped?
What if Jasper has her?
I shiver at the thought of my once loving brother kidnapping one of the only people that means something to me. I hate him.
I feel my anger getting the best of me as I yell in frustration and punch the nearest wall to me, Ignoring the stinging and throbbing pain that follows it.
Why did I let this happen? It's all my fault.
Somehow I will find her, and I'll kill whoever did this. I don't care about the consequences.
My chest is heavy with a feeling I can't quite describe or name.
Why does she make me feel like this?
I shake my head and walk into the bathroom to wash the blood off of my damaged knuckles. Afterwards I make my way into the kitchen to bandage them up.
After a while of rummaging through cupboards before I find the first-aid kit.
As I'm lost in thought, going through the plan to find Mia, yet again, I do not notice the hooded black figure entering through the door behind me.
Nor do I notice as they approach me, silently while I struggle to get the bandage to go around my hand.
My eyes widen and fear sets in when I feel the painful prick of a needle jabbing into my neck.
I try to pull away but a strong hand holds me down and I quickly feel myself weakening as I figure out what the liquid injected into me is,
'Wolfsbane...' I mutter.
I feel my knees weakening under me as my mind slips into darkness while my body crumples to the floor.
