Four months later

~Mia

I sit silently in maths class, staring at the wall, barely listening to Mrs Smith drone on about Fractions. I roll my eyes as she hands out the flimsy paper sheets.

My eyes wander over to Marcus, he's chatting to the guy next to him, ignoring whatever the teacher is saying.

I smile slightly to myself as I think about all of the things we have been through in the past 7 months. Our relationship we try to keep a secret from Jasper, although Dylan caught us making out in the kitchen after about 2 months so we kinda had to tell him.

Speaking of Jasper, he keeps changing the subject whenever we try and ask where he went after Paris, shady? I think so. he also hasn't been around as much according to Marcus. He stays out later and isn't acting as much as a dick as he used to. Which is actually really surprising to Dylan, Marcus and I. However, whenever either of the brothers tries to ask him about it he just goes back to his whole dark angry act. Personally, I'm not buying it.

Marcus sent some of his friends to deal with my ex-friend, Lucas. And since then he avoids me in the corridors and won't even look at me, which suits me just fine.

Sophie and I are still really close, she was so kind to me when I told her about the situation between Lucas and I, she even told me she wouldn't have anything to do with him, which I'm really grateful for.

The bell for the end of Maths rings and Marcus meets me outside, we said that we would ditch the next period so we could spend time together before he has to leave for the weekend.

I hop on the back of his motorcycle and wrap my arms around his waist as we drive to the park, this is one of my favourite things to do with Marcus (although I think you can guess what my favourite thing is) because it really makes me forget everything else and I somehow feel free.

When we reach the park, I take my hand in Marcus' larger one and we start to walk, talking about everything we usually do and just enjoying each other's company.

Just being with him, holding his hand, kissing him. It makes me feel complete. Like before when we were friends I just felt like something was missing. And now I know, he knows it too. We often talk about the past and sometimes even the future. He likes to tease me about marriage, mating and kids even though we both know that's not gonna happen anytime soon.

All we know is that this is forever.

The sound of shouting breaks our conversations and I look around, wondering where it came from. I look back at Marcus and he frowns at me, 'it came from over there' he says and starts walking towards the clearing. I follow behind him.

As we start to get closer, I can tell that there are two voices; Male and female.

We stay by the trees but get a good view of the pair, the girl is shouting at the guy for something that I can't quite get the idea of.

'You promised you wouldn't do this! You fucking lied to me, again!!' She yells at him and shoves him backwards.

I hear a slight gasp from Marcus and look up at him, a look of shock is plastered on his face,

'What's wrong?' I ask him and put my hand on his arm.

The guy steps towards the girl and tries to calm her down, 'look I'm sorry okay? It was an accident I swear I didn't mean to...' He's cut off by the girl slapping him straight around the face.

'You bastard! I can't keep doing this. You're full of fucking bullshit, Jasper! Don't even talk to me.' She says with venom in her voice.

I can't even begin to describe the amount of shock I'm in. As soon as the girl called him Jasper I recognised the fearful man we have to call alpha. My grip on Marcus' arm tightens and we are both lost for words.

Jasper reaches for her hand, 'I swear to you that I didn't mean it. You have to believe me' he pleads.

Our shock reaches sky level as the girl grabs him by the collar and pulls him into a kiss, his hands automatically wrapping around her waist as he kisses her back.

Marcus advances out of the trees, I can almost smell the anger radiating off of him. But I'm too shocked to move.

I can't even hear him yelling at Jasper as one thing echoes around my mind.

Hypocrite.
