We walked into the office and there was the principal.
"Good evening ladies, how may I help you?" She asked.
"I am here to enroll her to start school tomorrow." Begonia answers.
"Ahh, lovely! Follow me to my office." She motions for us to follow her.
The principal was quite young. She looked no older than Begonia, who was 25. She had her dirty blonde hair up in a messy bun and wore a pretty summer dress that hit her knees. Her skin was dun, and she wore a pair of black glasses, hiding her beautiful brown eyes.
"Please, have a seat." The principal says as we arrive into her office.
We sit on the comfy spiny seats. I love these!
"What's your name?" She asks looking towards me.
"Plu-"
"Andrea. Andrea Russett." Begonia replies cutting me off.
She gives me a stern look from the corner of her eyes, signaling me to stay quiet and let her take care of this. The principal doesn't seem to notice the tension created and starts typing on her computer, filling out what looks to be a registration form.
"Okay, so tell me about yourself! Where are you transferring from? What grade were you last completing?" The principal asks now facing towards Begonia for answers.
"Andrea is moving from Hawaii, she lived there with her older sister Kai, who practically raised her. Andrea just arrived today actually, and she's looking forward to enhance her education. She was lastly attending the 11th grade." Begonia says.
"Wow, how beautiful! I'm so proud of you Andrea!" The principal says with a bright smile on her face.
"Oh, and don't I feel rude! I didn't even introduce myself, my name is Ms. Alders, or as they all call me Principal Alders. What's your name?" She asks Begonia.
"Hailey Smith, soon to be Caylen." she says smiling.
Hailey? Andrea? Soon to be Caylen? What?
Principal Alders gives Begonia, or should I say, Hailey , a bright smile and gives her congratulations.
"So what subjects are you considering?" Principal Alders, is now facing me.
I wait for Hailey to answer for me, but she says nothing.
"Umm,I guess the basics. English and Math." I answer filling the silence.
"Well, that's the thing Principal Alders, that's all she was able to learn." Hailey states, and this is true.
"Well, we must catch you up then shouldn't we?"
I nod at the principal.
"How about... A language?" She asks me.
I nod.
"I'm feeling... French!"
I nod again.
"Okay, so I have your schedule here and it's printing out right now, these are your classes." she turns her computer screen towards me so I can read it.
I scan through all of the information listed wanting to make so many corrections to the information.
My name.
My address.
It's all fake.
It's not me.
