Ethan knocks on the door and opens it after he hears a 'come in.' I go in and he closes the door behind me after whispering that he'll see me later.
I look at the office chair, he spun his chair around so he could see my face. He glances at me before saying, "Sit down."
I quietly walk and sit down in one of the chairs. We stare at each other for what seems like forever, I raise an eyebrow and he coughs. He claps twice, "Congratulations, you've been accepted in our gang. I honestly didn't think a small girl like you could fit in."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"It means what it means."
"Okay then, don't judge a book by its cover."
He chuckled, "Noted."
"It's time for the part you'll probably like the most."
"What's that?"
"Meeting the members, don't ask questions and just follow me."
"Yessir," I narrowed my eyes at him.
He opened the door, "After you." Wow, what a gentleman.
He took me downstairs and I kept following him and what I saw made me blink twice. "Here we are, darling." I looked at him and he gave me a cheeky grin, I looked back at what I saw.
