DWP: Cereal

I grabbed my bowl from the shelf that was a little too high for me to reach but still manageable.

Ugh, being 4' 5" sure is difficult...

I grabbed the metal spoon from my drawer and tossed it into the bowl. It spun around and made an annoying scraping sound.

Yeah, gotta get out of the habit of throwing things.

Then I pulled the stepladder near the wall and put it in front of the stove. I went up a few steps and opened the top cabinet to reveal it containing cereal.

Hmmm... Cocoa Krispies or Honey Combs?

After five minutes of me pondering which one to choose, I finally chose Cocoa Krispies. I placed them into the bowl, then put away the ladder, then grabbed the 2% milk from the fridge. I poured it into the bowl, then put it back into the fridge. I got hit with the sudden realization that I didn't turn off my game since last night. So I rushed over to my bedroom and made sure that it wasn't overheating. I felt the surface and sighed.

Thank god. I rushed back downstairs (which was quite a lot for someone so short) and saw that my bowl of cereal was nowhere to be seen. I jumped over the railing of the stairs, then slipped when I landed.

Maybe I shouldn't have done that with socks on...

I stood up groggily and looked for where the hell my cereal could've been.

"Alright," I said, clenching my fists. "Dark, if that's you trying to get back at me from yesterday, screw you dude! You walked right into that joke!" I shouted in my empty house. "Noelle, if it's you, I cannot believe you'd do something like this! Thought you knew better. Literally, you could do better..." I said while opening all my cabinets. "Agni, I swear, I will-" When I looked up I realized that the cereal cabinet was open. "YOU ATE ALL MY CEREAL?! IN THE LITTLE TIME I WAS GONE?!"

I growled and stomped around with my tiny tantrum which someone would probably find cute. They all look at me like I'm cute, I'm not cute.

Then I heard the spoon spin around the bowl. The sound could be heard from the top floor.

I followed the noise and saw a figure hiding in the dark. I whipped out my phone and turned the flashlight so quickly I think I broke my record.

It was a girl about a foot or so taller than me. She had a pink dress that had ruffles around the rims of the dress. There were white stripes tracing down the dress. This pattern was also on the upper half. There were black buttons going down from the neck down. I kind of giggled because the bottom half of the dress kind of looked like an umbrella that was opened. Her pink stockings were covered by black boots that went up to half of her calf.

I gasped and almost dropped my phone. "C-Clarissa!"

She stopped shaking from fear and looked at me. Her blue eyes with long eyelashes was when it really struck me with 100% assurance that it was her. Her blonde curls fell over her shoulders as she stood up. "A-Armani?"

I hugged her and smiled.

She hugged me back, then I gripped her hair and waist tightly. "WHY THE HELL DID YOU EAT MY CEREAL."

She shook when she heard my voice. Her knees buckled and she fell to her knees.

The only thing I could do was glare.

"I-I..." she couldn't even finish her sentence from fear.

I paced back and forth.

"Wh-why are you so angry?" she asked, looking up at me.

I basically snapped my neck in her direction sending a death stare. "Um, who wouldn't be angry? You ate all my cereal and faked your death for three years?!" I grabbed her frilly collar and pulled her up. "Do you know how miserable I was without you?" I brought her forehead to mine with a loud thud when they collided. "How much I needed you?" My voice started to break and my eyes started to water.

I threw her back and she just looked up at me in horror and sorrow.

I wiped away my tears angrily. "You know what, I don't even want to know." I turned around and headed for my room. When I looked up I saw everyone staring at me. Angi, Noelle and Dark were just staring at me. Their faces hard to read. Fear or shock? I didn't care.

"What are you staring at?!" I screamed.

I swiped my hand through the air and like fog, they faded away.

I sat down gripping my head. "Dammit..."

Wow this one was pretty short compared to the other one. And I feel like it was little upsetting. Next one is gonna be more cheerful, I promise! See you next time! (and being completely honest, I wanted this to be happy but then... I guess Dark struck again. And I am not 4' 5'' Anyways, see you next time!)
