(basically a character is the opposite gender)

James sat up on the bed, his chest feeling a bit heavier than usual. "Wha..." he said, rubbing his nappy hair, making it worse. Something tickled the back if his neck so he turned to the side to see what it was. He had... long hair? He rushed over to the bathroom and looked in the mirror. He gasped- well, she gasped.

*now using she/her pronouns*

Her face and neck were slimmer, her chocolate brown hair was split in the middle, running down both her amber cheeks. It went down to half of her back. Her eyes were bigger and eyebrows slimmer. She gazed at her chest... which wasn't as big as she thought they'd be.

She giggled and turned in the mirror. "I look pretty hot as a girl..." she said, smirking. After brushing her teeth and hair, she got dressed. None of the clothes fit her.

Oh shoot, she thought. What am I gonna wear?

So she just decided to wear multiple layers of shirts and put a jacket over it. Then put on some boxers as shorts, then put some actual shorts over those. After looking in the mirror to see what she looked like, she smiled and headed out the door with her things.

She asked to meet up with her friends at the park as she walked. A few men cat-called her, but she only rolled her eyes in return. After getting to the park, she saw her friends waiting for her.

"Hey guys!" she called and waved.

The girls looked at each other, confused. "Um... hey?" they both said in unison.

James- well, let's give her a more girly name. Jamie walked over to them and told them the situation.

"What?" one of them said. "No way. How?" she placed her hand on her chin. "I've always wondered what it's like to be a boy for a day..."

The other girl cut her off. "That doesn't matter, right now, we just have to help James-"

"Jamie." she said.

"Sorry, Jamie get through the day as a girl." she then sighed. "Let's just hope it's not your period day."

Jamie smiled and shook her head. "It's alright Casey," she said. "I'm sure I'll be fine."

She shook her head. "Periods aren't the best thing." she then turned to the other girl. "Right April?"

She nodded in agreement. "Once you're perfectly fine, then you get sad and want to binge eat ice cream, then you're angry for no reason!" she shouted.

Jamie put her hands up. "Alright, I get the point April."

So they all walked along the path in the park. Jamie's chest felt a little uncomfortable. "H-hey guys..." she started. They both turned their heads to her. "My chest kinda feels uncomfortable..."

April got hit with realization and slammed her fist onto her palm. "Right. You don't have any bras at your place, huh?"

Jamie raised an eyebrow. "You think I was prepared to turn into a girl one day?"

April and Casey looked at each other. "We'll go to my place." April said.

After an awkward entrance to the house, April handed Jamie one. "Here."

Jamie laughed nervously and stopped her from walking away. "C-can you..."

Casey and April face palmed, then rock-paper-scissored for who would help her put the bra on.

April unfortunately lost with scissors, so she grumbled as she led her to the one of the rooms. "I am extremely surprised you don't get how to put one on." she said, waiting for Jamie to get undressed.

She blushed. "It's not my fault! I don't spend my days looking up how to put bras on!" she exclaimed.

April wrapped her hands around the straps and put them on Jamie's shoulders. "And I'm glad you didn't ask me to show you how." she complained.

Jamie blushed even more. "Shut up!"

She smirked and grabbed the hooks of the bra and brought them to the back. "Just teasing you." she chuckled. She connected the first hooks. "Too loose?"

She nodded.

She then put it on the second. "Better?"

Jamie nodded and immediately backed away. "Well then I'm just gonna get dressed..."

April stopped her. "You sure nothing else is uncomfortable?" After saying it out loud, she realized how wrong that sounded. After waved her hand, she crossed her arms. "You know what I mean."

She tapped her chin. "Well, I don't really have any comfortable underwear..."

April sighed and handed her one. "You don't need my help for this one."

After that, she went outside.

Casey was standing outside, pretty much trying to hold in her laughter and failing miserably.

"Shut. Up." April grumbled.

She turned to her, wiping away tears. "S-sooo... how'd it go?" she asked.

"Awkward."

The door opened slightly. "Um, guys... I think I'm on my period."

They both face palmed and sighed. "Oh boy."

Okay I didn't wanna continue this anymore since I was getting a bit awkward writing this. Anyways I don't really have anything to say about this so... See you next time
