Frostbite - Zero
Beth sat in her apartment alone. She was always alone except for the few times that Tony would visit her and when Happy brought her groceries. Usually, she would play around with her powers but today was different. She wanted friends, she wanted someone to talk to. Anyone. She took online school so she didn't have any friends. As creepy as it sounds she liked to watch people from her window imagining what it would be like if she was down there walking the streets of Queens.
Beth heard a noise come from behind her, she whipped around and flicked her wrists. Water splashed the person standing in her apartment. She finally looked at who it was and saw it was Tony Stark. "I am so sorry, Tony." She rushed out going to grab him a towel.
"It's alright, Beth."
"So uh, what are you doing here?" She questioned.
"I was wondering if you wanted to come with me to recruit this Spider-ling?" He asked her but he already knew the answer.
"I get to go meet someone, really? Who is it? What's his name?" She questioned in disbelief. Bethany gasped, "is he cute?"
Tony laughed at the girl as she tripped over her own feet to grab her things. She practically dragged him out of the apartment into the car from how excited she was. Tony could feel the temperature shift, "hey, control." Beth nodded, containing her excitement and the temperature went back to normal. "Still got to work on that don't we?" Beth smiled shyly, nodding a little. "I just got excited," Tony smiled. "I know, we'll work on your people skills some more but for now let's go get this spider-boy."
