I have returned.
Six walked slowly down the hall with her tiny lighter in her right hand. Her tiny bare feet were getting colder with each step she took on the ice cold metal floor. As for the rest of her, it was covered with a rain coat so, she was a little cold everywhere else too.
Soon she reached a bed leaning against a wall with a tiny hole in the wall that was mysteriously her size. It was almost as if it was made for something else. Or something else.
She climbed up on to the bed. Then she began bouncing up and down causing the tiny white bed to squeak with each bounce. Eventually she jumped through the hole onto a bed on the other side of the wall in the exact same place. After word with one large jump, she was back on the floor.
As she walked through the room instead of seeing the usually person leaving here, she saw a chair and an opened note. Six looked around the room. Where did he go? Than she though about looking up. When she did all she saw was his large shoes hanging above her head. With that she took about seventeen steps back revealing his long linger body hanging from the ceiling with a bag on his monstrous face and a rope around his neck. She hadn't even noticed that his left pocket was turned inside out which the opened note seemed to be under. Soon her attention was brought back to the note. The tiny girl only looked at the two words.
"Ma amore,"
That was when she gave up. She couldn't speak any other language or talk. How she even remembered to read was beyond her. Then with a heavy heart Six left the room knowing that no matter what she would never understand why this happened to him.
She walked further down the room and saw a tiny figure race quickly across the room. It appeared to be wearing a large triangle on it's head. Yet, unlike most things she had seen, this thing was the same size as her. Despite a voice inside warning her about what could go wrong, she ended up chasing it. That is until something fell from the ceiling moments later.
A large, thing, tiny creature let put a high pitched noise as it opened it's mouth which seemed to take up it's face. The leach than began to jump out at Six or as it thought of her, dinner.
Six dodged the Leach long enough to see the tiny figure from before again in a crack in the wall on the other side off the room. After words she dug out her lighter just to try to scare it off. Instead the leach just came at her a bit fast. So, using common sense this time, she ran for it. As she ran more leaches fell from the ceiling. Where ever these guys were, Six hate them!
Eventually she was back to walking as the ground seemed to sway back and forth under her feet. This didn't bother Six though. She thought the ground moving seemed calming in a way.
That is until she found a large set of wooden stairs. She originally wasn't going to climb up them but, then she saw five tiny figures wearing triangles on their heads run up the stairs quickly. She quickly chased after them until they seemed to disappear, again. Which just left her there alone in a dead end. So, with that she back track to another area with a bed as well a hole in the wall. Or was it one she had already came across? Six wasn't sure.
With a groan of annoyance, Six climbed back up onto the bed for what felt like the tenth time. The bed's old springs creaked with ever movement she made. Which was starting to get a little annoying. Ignoring this fact, Six bounced up and down on the bed a few times before spotting another tiny figure from before watching her from across the room.
This tiny figure was different from the others though. It was wearing a larger brown, cone pyramid hat, a large baggy brown shirt, tiny brown shorts, dirt covered tiny peach feet and was an inch large than the other tiny things. The new tiny creature seemed to be drawn to Six's actions as it moved closer. Eventually it was standing at the side of the bed looking at the nine year old bouncing in the middle of it.
Six turned her head to the side for a moment to see if there was something she was missing about the way this creature looked. The tiny creature copied her. Then a tiny giggle escaped it's mouth before their tiny peach hands covered their mouth.
Six jumped upon hearing this new noise. What was that? It definitely sounded new but, it also sound amazing and friendly at the same time. The noise was something that Six definitely liked for sure.
She walked over to the side of the bed. The little creature froze as the yellow hooded figure sat down. Nothing had ever come this close to him before. Well, other than the nomes and Ten. This girl was definitely not Ten though.
The two creatures studied each other without a single movement apart from their eyes which were studying each other in the pitch black room. That is until Six turned the lighter in her right hand on. Light seemed to make everything more bright as well as comfortable.
Tiny creature reached out for the lighter. His tiny hands came closer and closer towards the light. It had seemed like years since he had felt sunlight dance upon any of his skin. Though like Six, he had no idea how long he had been here for. One thing he did knew for sure was do not get caught be them cause if you do, it would be the last thing that ever happens to you.
Six pulled the lighter away from the creature's reach. She didn't want to lose her only source of light. As for the creature, he seemed a bit offended that he was not trusted with this. It was understandable though. Not a lot of things on this ship should be trusted. Except for one girl he knew. One girl who had looked out for him since the beginning. The one who went missing this morning.
The tiny boy removed his hat from over his eyes. His tiny green eyes seemed to pierce into her soul. As for his chubby face, it just seemed to help his eyes look into her soul.
"Ten?" He asked. Six was confused. Ten what?
"Ten?" He repeated. The four year old boy couldn't talk much but, he knew how to say her name. Just saying her name had made her so proud once. Now, all he wanted it to do was bring her back to him.
It took a couple moments for him to realize why she was looking at him like he was crazy. She had no idea who he was talking about. Tiny tears of frustration seemed to pour into his eyes. He had been searching for her for so many hours. All he wanted to for so long today.
Six just looked at the frustrated boy cry for ten seconds. She hadn't seen emotions for so long. In fact she had no idea what he was doing now. All she knew was that he wasn't happy. Probably. So, she did the one thing she remembered someone doing to her.
The nine year old wrapped her arms around him. She remembered the stove child holding her like this made her feel clam as well as something else. Though she wasn't sure what it was.
The little boy snuggled into her grip. This girl seems so familiar. Almost as if they had meet once before. Either that or this hug was like the hugs Ten gave to him.
Ten's hugs were the best. Her hugs calmed down all the kids living in the prison area ad well as the nomes she would set free from the janitor's traps. There were also many other children closer to Ten's age who really liked her hugs. They always seemed to turn red in the face when she hugged them. It was quite entertaining for the other children to watch. Especially Twelve. He loved to watch Ten make children to tomato faces.
Yet, now Twelve didn't want to see another tomato face. He didn't want to laugh at the other children. He didn't want to play with nomes either. All he wanted was Ten. He wanted his older sister back more than anything in this world.

Mon amour,
Ton amour Thomas.
