Six found herself standing there looking at the grave. It had been years since those day but, every time she came her, all she could think about was her adventure to freedom. She had gone through hell and back.
She had her cousin killed by unknown creature.
She had lost her family.
She had watched her mother give into her drakes side out of fear of losing her daughter.
She had to pretend to be dead and rely on a cousin for safety.
She had to watch that same cousin go insane over the abuse they suffered.
She had gained a new family and hid for a year.
Then she had gotten captured and returned to a cycle of abuse.
Her aunt had tried to kill her and almost succeeded.
She had been hidden in a suitcase by who knows who.
She had gained her strength and tried to escape while hunger ate her alive.
She had reunited with friends.
She had made new friends.
She had made an army of gnomes.
She had escaped the janitor, who was a but to touch for everyone liking.
She had escaped skin eating leaches.
She had escaped two hellish cooks, who chopped up everything they touched.
She had escaped animalistic people that had tried eating them alive.
She had killed her aunt to protect her friends.
She had laughed, cried, screamed, smiled, blushed, lived, felt, loved and lost.
Six had gone through hell and back, and what did she have to show for it? Sure she has things but, she had a lot more back in those day. What did she have now though?
"Mama, you otay?" A tiny voice asked. Six looked down from where she stood seeing her two year old daughter, Alisa. She smiled picking her daughter up and nodding kissing he forehead.
"Yeah mama is just thinking about her younger days." She whispered looking at the grave.
"Oh....what you met Papa?" Her duaghter asked, showing a bit of the French accent, her father Mono had given her. She chuckled shaking her head.
"Oh no. When I met the girl you're named after." Six smiled. Her daughter nodded thinking making her mother laugh. Even at the age of 31, six could always find children funny. God knows she always thought 12 was funny when he was younger. Especially after she adopted him.
"..is she the reason we go around the world saving kids?" Alisa asks meeting her mother's eyes. Six thought back for a second. She at one time had promised Ten that they would get out. She did of course but, Ten never left. Maybe that was why the maw was now known as a rescue ship of sorts where children were taken in and cared for, no matter what they were.
"Yeah...yeah I suppose so." She smiled budding her dark black hair behind her ear. "Now that you know that why don't we go meet up with uncles, papa and your older siblings before dinner. Otherwise uncle twelve is gonna eat all your snacks."Six smiled making her daughter nod with a giggle. Six hummed a familiar song she remember ten singing at one point as she walked by to her ship. As she head off she began wondering if she even deserved this. After all, she had gone through hell and back, and now she had heaven to live through.
(The end.
I hope you enjoyed the story. I worked really hard on it and not gonna lie lost interest in it half way through. It did take me three years to get back into it but, heeeeeyyy things still ended like they were planned to. You knows except the mention of Mono from the new video game just for some fun.
With that said I hope you all, enjoyed the story and in these nightmarish times we live in at the moment can live through heaven in your own way.)
