Tsukimi shifted her weight from foot to foot as she waited for someone to pick up the phone. She was hoping it would be either Chieko or Banba that would answer the phone. The two of them were probably the most level headed and easiest to talk to. If Mayaya answered the phone she would most likely be loud and probably aggressive with whatever choice words that tumbled out of her mouth. If Jiji answered the phone, because of how soft spoken she was, Tsukimi expected that she wouldn't be able to hear her.

The phone finally picked up on the third ring. "Hello?" Chieko's voice was the one that greeted her and she felt herself breathing a sigh of relief.

"Chieko, it's Tsukimi. Kuranosuke and I are at the supermarket and I was wondering if there was anything we could pick up for the hot pot while we are here."

Chieko's voice was muffled as she addressed the other members of the nunnery about Tsukimi's suggestion. Tsukimi suppressed a giggle as her imagination conjured up the groups' glazed eyes and drool they might have trouble containing in their mouths. "Actually, Tsukimi, we haven't had a chance to go out and get anything yet. I mean we have the sauces of course. But we don't have—"

Tsukimi interrupted her, "Say no more. Kuranosuke and I will take care of it all while we are here."

Kuranosuke was caught smirking as she hung up the phone. "What?"

He simply shook his head at her.

"What is it?"

"You nearly had a brave take charge attitude just then." He leaned in to her ear unintentionally exerting his hot breath as he whispered, "It was kind of sexy."

Tsukimi felt herself freeze. The solid feeling of turning to stone crept up her spine but instead her cheeks only blushed fiercely at the comment. She shivered at the sensation of his breath on her ear. Her body tightly coiled at the result of both his connotation and how the faint breeze from his gasp had made her heart flutter. She grabbed a cart and forcefully put his hands on one side close together while she took the other side. "Behave."

Kuranosuke grinned widely at her utterance. He got the urge to be silly solely because of that single two syllable response. So while she attempted to steer the cart toward the produce section he pulled on the handle and attempted to steer it the opposite direction. His smirk grew when he noticed how she half scowled his way.

"You know you don't have to share the responsibility of wheeling the cart with me. I can just as easily navigate it on my own."

The corner of his mouth hitched up as he once again leaned her way. "I was only having a bit of fun."

Tsukimi bit her lip before she turned to him took his hands off the cart and into her own. She pulled him toward her and replicated his previous action of sighing into his ear and whispering. "I thought that was what this morning was for." She released his hands quickly and began to walk away.

Kuranosuke had to take a minute to pick his jaw up off the ground before tailing after her. He cleared his throat before pushing her back to her original side of the cart so he could take his own spot back. He cleared his throat, "So, what all do we need to get for the hot pot party?"

Once they arrived in the produce section she looked around. "I'm thinking vegetable wise we could use: bok choy, bean sprouts, carrots, shallots, mushrooms, and chrysanthemum."

Kuranosuke made a face when she mentioned chrysanthemum but he quickly started to gather the ingredients to take back to the cart.

When Tsukimi saw one of his selections she picked it up and attempted to thrust it back into his chest. "No, get something else."
