Chapter 23

Luke's POV

"Stop fidgeting!" Jai hissed at me. I couldn't help it I was so nervous. When ever I'm nervous I played with my hands. Jai did it too, maybe it's a twin thing. We were standing at the door of Kate's house waiting for the girls to answer. They came straight here after school to get ready for our date. This was the first time I was out on a public date with Megan. I just really hope Skip doesn't find out.

"Where are they?" I turned to Jai "would you calm down dude! They're girls they always take forever to answer the door" just as he said this the door opened, Kate's mum stood at the door. "Come in Come in boys, they'll be down in moment. Just finishing the last little bits" She lead us into the kitchen "would ye like a drink?"she asked us "no thank you" we answered "Alright lads" Jamie comes into the kitchen "hi sir how are you?" Jai asks him "Jai what have we said don't call me sir, your making me feel old" He told him as he sat at the table

"Oh looks like your up boys" Louise points behind us. Jai and I both turn around to see Megan and Kate standing there. My jaw dropped. I look over at Jai who's the same. Megan looked beautiful. She wore a white dress, which wasn't too long or too short, with blue wedge heels. She had her hair tied back in a ponytail and light make-up. "Wow you look, wow" I spoke as I walked towards her "thanks not so bad yourself" I pull her in for a hug and kiss her cheek. So far this night was amazing and all I've done is seen her.

Jai's POV

My mouth hangs open as I turn to see Kate standing there. She looked prefect. She had on a black tight dress that was cut just above the knees with red wedges. Her hair was down with curls, her make up was done to perfection "sweetie, you look, beautiful" I say pulling her close to my body. She was mine no one else's and if anyone tried to hurt her ill be there to protect her. "Thank you babe" She answers me back with her head in my neck. "Come on we better get going!" Luke says to the two of us. "Ya come on" I take Kate's hand in mine. Kate said good bye to her mum and dad and with that we left.

Megan's POV

Luke just look absolutely prefect. He was wearing black skinny jeans with his brown timberland boots. He had on a white t-shirt with a black zippy hoodie opened and a grey SnapBack worn backwards.

The boys brought us to the park. "I thought we were going for dinner?" Kate asks them. "Ya I thought that too?" I say looking at look, "we are" Luke answered us both "right here" Jai said leading the way with Kate. When we got closer we saw that along the path was candles leading the way too the picnic table. The table was laid out with a white table cloth and roses

"How did ye mange to do all this?" I ask Luke. "Well we had a little help setting up" Luke points over to behind the tree and there stood Aaron a friend of theirs from school. I wave at him and he waves back before heading off in the direction of his house.

"That was a amazing thank you so much" I give Luke a kiss on his prefect lips. "Date isn't over yet ladies" Jai stood up from the table. "What? There's more? Guys this was enough honestly" I say looking at them both and Kate nods in a agreement looking at Jai.

The boys were having none of it though. They told us we were only going for a walk along the beach. We walked out of the park and there was Aaron again with his car, "you ride awaits you my fair lady" Luke takes my hand and helps me into the car. The drive the beach was about 15mins along the way all I could focus on was Luke. Everything about him was prefect his hair, his eyes, his nose with his little dot, his lips with his lip ring. We arrived at the beach. I said thank you to Aaron but Luke and Jai went to the boot of the cars for something. I walked over to Kate who was looking down at her phone with a panic expression on her face. "Everything alright?" I ask her "what? Ugh ya" she half smile but I could tell she was lying by the tone in her voice. "You guys coming our what?" Jai called to us. We turned around to the him and headed over "where's Luke gone?" I look around but can't see him. "I'm here" he calls sticking his head up from the sand dunes. When we walked up there was two blankets laid out with more candles around it. Jai brought Kate over to one and Luke pulled me down close to him on the other. "Lay back" Luke whispers to me. I do what he says and above me is the most amazing thing. The stars and the moon were so clear. It was just break taking. "Thank you" Luke says to me. I was really confused "for what? I've done nothing, I've only showed up. You planned everything. I should be the one thanking you" I look over at him. "Ya but your the most beautiful girl in the world and out of all the guys in it, you choice me. You trusted me to make you happy. I swear I will stop at nothing to do nothing but make you smile and laugh all day for the rest of your life! I love you so much" I was trying not to cry, I felt myself leaning into wards him. I could feel his hot breath on my skin. Moving closer and closer and just as we were about to kiss "NO FREAKING WAY!! YOUR LUKE BROOKS AND YOUR JAI BROOKS FORM THE JANOSKIANS!! CAN WE PLEASE PLEASE GET A PICTURE. I LOVE YOU GUYS. ARE THE OTHERS HERE TOO?" Busted!

We all stood up. The boys agreed to take pictures with the girls "no the others aren't here it's just us two" Jai answers them. Kate and I stood back and let them do their thing. Seeing Luke taking pictures with the fans made me happy. He always had the biggest smile on his face. Some of the fans recognised me as Daniel's sister which really wasn't helpful because if he found of like this it would be awful. "Are your feet in pain?" Someone spoke to me "I'm sorry" I turned around to see a tall guy with from what I could tell in this light he had dark skin. He was skinny but not too skinny. He had blonde hair with blue eyes. "I said are your feet in pain" he asked again. "Ehm no their fine, my shoes aren't that high, although it is kind of difficult to walk on the stand" I answer him but he just laughed. "It's just you've been running around my head all day" he winked at me. "Ha your too funny" I say patting his arm. "Aren't you gonna tell me your name?" He asks me as I try to walk away. "Megan" I answer him. "I'm Shane" he says stepping forward. "That's nice, this is Kate" I say and she smiles at him "sup" she asks "nothing but mind if I take her away from you for a minute!" Shane asked Kate, but just as she was about to answer Luke came forward. "Everything alright babe?" Luke asks. Shane was looking at Kate hoping she was the one Luke was talking to I guess "ya I'm fine," I say walking towards him.
