Chapter 24

Kate's POV

A couple a days had past since my date with Jai. We hung out a lot and still none of the boys knew. But today Jai wanted me to meet his mum and I was a nervous wreak. "What am I meant to wear?" I ask Jai as we walked into my room "what you have on is fine babe" I was wearing black leggings with one of Jai's hoodies. "No its not Jai" I walk over to my wardrobe and start pulling out clothes and flinging them on the bed. "Hey, do you mind?" I turned to see Jai covered in clothes. I couldn't help but giggle at him "sorry" I take the clothes off him. Jai puts his hands around me, while I stand at the edge of the bed. He pulls me close, so were face to face "kiss it to make it better" Jai gives me the puppy dogs eyes and pouts his lips. It's hard to say no to face like that. I place my lips to his to give him a quick peek before returning to the wardrobe.

After about 15 minutes of pulling out clothes I went for light washed jeans and a navy cardigan with a white top and my blue vans. "Prefect" Jai stands behind me smiling

"What if she doesn't like me?" I ask him. "She's going to love you stop it" he pulls me in for a hug and kisses the top of my forehead. We then set off for Jai's house.

"Now the boys are out so we have nothing to worry about?" Jai says as we step inside the door. I've been in his house plenty of times before but something was really scaring me about this time. "Mum?" Jai called. "One minute love!" Jai walked me into the kitchen and we sat at the table. "Stop worrying, it's going to fine" just as he said this. His mum walked in she was so pretty. "Hi Jai, I see you have a friend!" She walked towards me "Mum this is my girlfriend Kate. Kate this is my amazing mum Gina" Jai spoke "hi Ms Brooks it's nice to meet you" I say standing up from my seat to shake her hand "please please call me Gina" we talked for ages. When I felt my phone ring in my pocket. *Dont Answer* was the caller ID. I locked my phone to make it go to voice mail. But he rang again "Do you want to get that pet?" Gina asked me "no no it's a, um, blocked number. I don't like to answer them" I smile up at her "too right, anyway I would love to stay and chat some more with you two but I've got to go to work, Beau and Luke won't be back for a while their going to Skip's with James after their done doing what ever it is there doing. So ye have the house to yourselves. it was lovely to meet you Kate, hope to see you soon!" She said getting ready to leave. "You too Gina" She gave a Jai a kiss and left.

"Now what?" Jai asks me. My phone started to ringing again. *Dont Answer* I left it ring. Then it buzzed again, telling me I had one new voice message. "How about a movie" I ask Jai "I'll just ring mum and tell her where I am and I'll follow you in". Jai got up and walked off into the living room. I dialled the voice message number and began to listen. ~ I KNOW ALL YOUR SECRETS KATE. I KNOW YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND! WELL HERE'S A NEWS FLASH IM COMING TO GET YOU TO BRING YOU BACK TO ENGLAND WHERE YOU'LL LIVE WITH ME AND I'LL NEVER LEAVE YOU PUT OF MY SITE. EVER!!~

I wiped away the tears, why could he not just leave me alone. I don't love him. I think I'm in love with Jai. I think I've found my prefect guy. Walked into kitchen again. "Babe what's wrong?" He moves closer to me. Do I tell him or don't I? "Did your grandad call you again?" He asks, looks like I'm not saying it then. I nod and agree with him. "Aww come here" Jai pulls me in for a hug, he lifts my head and places his lips to mine. "Wanna go watch the movie but not actually watch it?" Jai winks at me and I laugh and smile at him "there it is, that gorgeous smile of yours that I love so much" he picks me up over his shoulders and carries me to the living room. "Jai! Put me down please! I beg you!!" I start to playfully hit his back "oh you want to go down is it?" He asks but before I could even reply to him he playfully throws me down on the couch, and just as I think it's over he starts to tickle me. "JAI!! PLEASE!!! STOP!!!" I scream in between breaths. He eventually stops. He looks deep into my eyes before he places his lips to mine. He licks my bottom lip wanting entrance, which I grant. But there was something more passionate about this kiss, it was like he didn't want to stop. Jai picked me up and sat me on his laps without his lips leaving mine for a second. He starts to leave trails of kisses down along my jawline then back to my lips again. Without even thinking about it, I move my hands from around his neck and grab hold of his t-shirt pulling it upwards. Jai realises what I'm doing and removes it. He then moves his arms from around my back and pulls on my cardigan to get it off. I take it off and fling it on the floor along with Jai's t-shirt. Jai then lies me down on the couch, he now on top of me, this whole time our lips didn't leave each only for air. Jai starts to kiss my neck leaving trails kisses down one side, along the top of my chest and back up the other side of my neck until he reaches my lips once again. Jai was just about to pull up my t- shirt. When suddenly we were interrupted when someone coughed We both turn our heads to see four of the boys standing there. Jai and I both look at each and then to the boys and then back to each other

" what would you say, if I told you I was choking and Jai was giving me mouth to mouth?" I ask looking at the boys smiling like a loon. Luke looks at the other three but their just looking at Jai and I. We both stand up from the couch "Guys, you know Kate right, I'm pleased to say she's my girlfriend"

"I knew it!! I knew all along something was going to happen between you too. I knew it" James said. "Guess this means your officially part of the family" Beau said pulling me in for a hug. "I'm so happy for you guys" Daniel says but really doesn't seem to happy at all, maybe he still misses Cassie, she hasn't come back yet. But I'm just glad we don't have to sneak around the boys anymore. "What about the fans? You going to tell them?" James asks me "tonight?" Jai looks at me "whenever you want, they're your fans" I smile at him "ya but after tonight they'll be our fans" he says to me.

{later that evening}

"Kate I'm tweeting now! You ready?" Jai asks me. "I guess, what's the worse that could happen I suppose" I tell him as he takes his phone out and opens the twitter app

The minute he tweeted it my followers went up in there thousands. Some people were tweeted things like "@JaiBrooks1 @Kate_Rednapp omg your so cute together ily #Jate". "OMFG #Jate is actually so cute" I couldn't help but smile at all the nice comments but there were some negative ones "@JaiBrooks1 @Kate_Rednapp what you doing with her Jai she's such a whore!" But one in particular caught my eye "@JaiBrooks1 @Kate_Rednapp that's my girl you cunt!! Let her go now!" James noticed I was upset "Kate, are you alright?" He asks walking over to me "ya I'm fine why?" I look up at him, "You've been looking at your phone ages, don't pay any attention to the hate! They love Jai they just don't want to see him get hurt!" I smiled up at him "I know, I really like him I'm not going to do anything to hurt him I promise you" I reply to James "well tell them that" he smiled at me as he took a seat next to me.

Just as I hit send, Jai walked over to me and pulled me up from where I was sitting "I'm saying this in front of my brothers and my best friends so I have witnesses, I will always keep you safe, ill always be there to take care of you, I'm here for you if you ever need me" he presses his lips to mine ever so lightly. "Haven't we seen you guys make out enough to today!!" Beau says pulling Jai off me "how long were ye actually standing there?" I ask him. "Long enough to know that if we haven't of come in you guys would have went all the way" he winks at me. Jai and I both look at each "maybe" I say and walk out to the kitchen.

Daniels POV

I was trying to hide the look of disappointment on my face. After finding this out now just when I get dumped by Cassie, it's not the best feeling in the world. I keep reading her text over and over.

*Daniel, we can't be together anymore. I'm in love with your best friend Jai and I know your in love with that slut, who just waltzed in here all happy and shit and ruined my plan. That bitch will pay when I get back. Believe me I'm not happy that your in love with her Daniel, you can't hid from me!! I'm going to cause hell when I return*

She comes back in two days. And this is going to kill her and shes gong make things worse than she already plans too. She hasn't a clue Jai and Kate are together. What should I do tell Kate I'm in love with her and have her brake up with Jai so Cassie and get what she wants or wait for Cassie to return and see the girl I love and my best friend be put through hell. This is so difficult

"What's up Skip?" Kate asks as she returns from the kitchen "eh nothing what about you?" I ask making room as she sitting down on the couch with me "Nothing, can I ask you something?" She looks at me. She looked beautiful Why did she pick Jai. "Ya sure what up?" I look straight into her brown eyes "if you knew something bad was going to happen, should you tell someone?" She has literally described the same situation I'm in with our little love square I guess.

"It kind of depends on how bad it is. Can I ask what it is?" I say stilling looking at her. "Well, how do I explain this" she began but suddenly stopped when her phone beeped *Don't answer*. Now who could that me. She saw me looking and quickly placed her phone back in her pocket "you know what it doesn't matter, thanks Skip! Your awesome" she says hugging me. But I didn't do anything. I need to take to someone about this. But who?
