"Do you want my coat?", Helena offered kindly, preparing to take off her overcoat.
"No, no it's fine. I'm fine. Thank you Helena", answered Jordan, smirking.
Helena found his expression to be a mixture of handsome and adorable.
"What sauce are you going to put on your pie?", Helena asked.
"Mustard", answered Jordan.
"Not ketchup? Like everyone else?"
"I don't like ketchup. It smells too strong. Pastry without mustard is like you without your passion for violin"
"Huh, now that you put it that way, I think I can relate."

"So...what music do you listen to?", Helena asked, trying to break the awkwardness.
Jordan took his pie out of his mustard covered mouth and started to speak.
"I listen to dubstep, it's every boy's jam"
"Well, I listen mostly to classical, but any type of music is fine. My idol is Showzart, long descendant of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart himself! I've always wanted to hear him play violin live, but his tickets always get sold out in a matter of minutes."
"Oh, It's pretty hard to get tickets isn't it"
"Sure is."

"Jordan, we need to go home early today. My piano lesson just got moved", Jordan's older sister, Lucy, interrupted, "Oh, were you two lovebirds talking about something important? Sorry if I ruined the romance.
"Oh no! Of course not! We're just friends!", Helena squealed.
She looked over at Jordan, who didn't seem to appreciate what she had just said, that they were "JUST FRIENDS". Without another word, he got up after his sister and left.

Helena felt confused and depressed. He knew she was just covering up her love for him, but why did he have to take it so seriously? Can't he have any fun?
She wanted her answers, but at the same time, was too afraid of his response. Once she got home, texting Anne was her priority.
