THIS SHIP IS CANON.
Not much to say about this one. I don't like the whole "choose between two guys" thing, and I hoped the WoF series wouldn't involve that overused subplot. Unfortunately, it did, and the main character (who, personally, I find as a Mary Sue sometimes) had to choose between two guys. Moon chose Qibli, which is agreeable, maybe. Moon and Qibli probably need more bonding time for the relationship to develop into something too serious, though, because right now, their relationship doesn't have much to go off of.
I will say this, though: I ship this MUCH more than I ship Winterwatcher. I'm sorry, but Winter's a jerk.
He yells and accuses far too much, and while he slowly got better throughout the series, his character development was kind of... ignored, or pushed away, at the end of the book. Whether this be because Tui wanted to make the choice more obvious (ugh) or because he just got torn up from the events of the series, we don't know; but either way, someone who's that much of a jerk in a relationship with someone who's that shy and meek (she has her moments, but in general, she's not very firm, and she doesn't stand up for herself very well)... it CAN'T go well. In fact, it might turn out to be emotionally manipulative, and Winter could quickly end up hurting Moon.
So while I can't say I ship Moonbli very much, I ship it so much more than I do Winterwatcher.
