"After nap time was snack time and we had Gummy Bears and Grape Juice. Someone took one of my Gummy Bears!" Re said with her mouth full.

I laughed to myself. "Re baby, swallow your food first."

She swallowed her food. "Anyway I told my teacher and she just laughed! How is that funny?"

"What's your Kindergarten teacher's name?" Ray asked.

Re shrugged. "I don't know...Ms Kangaroo" The kids started laughing.

"That's the stupidest name I ever heard." Nessa laughed.

"Then you probably never heard of the name 'Nessa' then." Daniel said.

Nessa stopped laughing and looked at Daniel. "My name is not stupid for your information."

Daniel chuckled. "Okay."

I sighed. "If Nessa name is stupid I'm stupid too for naming her that." I said.

"No Ma, I didn't mean it like that I wa-"

"Don't wanna hear it. Daniel, your time to do the dishes." I got up and put my plate in the sink.

"Ma! I didn't call you stupi-"

"I know but you still have to do dishes." I turned at Daniel and smiled.

He paused for a second and got up and started washing the dishes.

"Good boy." I walked out of the kitchen and into the living room.

"Mama." Nessa whined. "I'm bored."

"Do Something."

"Like what?" Ray said playing in Nessa's hair."

"Can we go to the beach?" Re asked smiling.

"No." The kids whines. "But y'all can go in the back and get in the pool."

They ran upstairs to put on their Swimming suits. I was about to get upstairs into my room until the house phone started ringing.

"Is it for me?" Daniel said walking in the room.

"I don't know." I picked up the and answer it. "Hello"

"Shasha?"

"Yes."

"Girl it's me, Aunt Max."

"Oh hey. Hold on." I looked at Daniel. "No, it's for me."

Daniel sighed and sat on the couch. "Okay I'm back."

"Good news. Your father is okay." Thank God.

I sighed. "That's fucking fantastic!"

"Language." Daniel said smirking.

"You do know what that means right?"

"No..." I lied.

"Time to start packing." Aunt Max said happily.

"Don't remind me." I rubbed my hand across my face.

"Come on Shasha it's not that bad. Everyone out here misses you."

"I know and I miss them too...but I can't go back to the pla-"

"I know but this is your father we're talking about. He doesn't wanna go to a nursing home."

"I know Aun-"

"Then come out here then. He misses you and the kids."

"The kids and I misses him too bu-"

" Shasha! I want you to stop bitching about the past and come out here for your father sakes!"

"Yes bitching."

"I'm not bitching, I'm just not sure about mov-"

"I'm done speaking to you. Either you come out here to help your father or let your father down and possibly died from depression." After that the line cut off.

"Why me?" I ran my fingers through my hair.

"What happened?" Diggy asked.

I sighed. "Nothing."

"Stop lying to me, I'm not 8 Ma."

I looked up at the ceiling then back at Daniel. "We're moving back to New York."
