Chapter 9:

I woke up the next morning, completely naked.

That's what I get for being an irresponsible bitch.

Ashton was on the other side of the room, packing his suitcase.

"Good morning babe." he said coming over kissing my head

"Hi." I answered getting up.

I quickly took a shower and packed my clothes.

"Hey, why are you trying to leave so quickly?" Ashton asked grabbing my shoulder.

"Oh, I thought you were ready." I said pushing the hair out of my face. I honestly just wanted to get away from Ashton and get home.

We checked out of the hotel, and got inside the car for a 6 hour ride home.

"I'm sorry, I was such an ass last night." he said quietly as we drove.

"It's okay." I replied turning my head.

I put in my headphones and leaned back as I closed my eyes

"Hey." I heard a voice.

It was Luke, dressed in a nirvana t-shirt with black jeans on.

I put my hands around his neck, kissing him gently.

Luke's hand ran up my thigh, as we heard the door open.

"What the fuck is this?" someone yelled.

Ashton walked in, with his mouth wide open.

"Ash-." I started to say.

"I knew it! Your in love with Luke!" he screamed.

"Ashton, please listen to me." I tried to explain.

"No, I'm not letting you go. I don't care if your not in love with me!" he demanded.

"You can't make do anything she doesn't want to." Luke finally said standing in front of me.

"Im her boyfriend, not you, so back the fuck off." Ashton said firmly to Luke.

"No. Im in love with her." he said towering over Ashton.

"How bout we let her pick?" Ashton said standing back.

I gulped. I couldn't believe this was happening.

"Pick. Who are you in love with." Ashton said, standing next to Luke.

"Vic! Vicky! Your home!" I heard Ashton's voice screaming.

I gasped for air. I couldn't believe it. It was all a dream.

"Are you okay?" he asked taking my hand.

"Yeah. Im fine. Just, a bad dream." I answered as my voice cracked.

"Alright. I'll call you later?" he asked.

"Sure. Thank you, for this weekend. I had a lot of fun." I said getting out of the car.

I got my luggage out of the trunk, and opened the front door to my house.

"Hey, how was your weekend?" my mom greeting me as she cleaned dishes.

"Fine." I answered.

"Just fine?"

"Yeah."

It got quiet for a few seconds.

"I saw Luke, after 2 years." I finally blurted out.

"Really? How is he?" my mom asked surprised.

"Well, I guess." I didn't know what to say honestly. I didn't want to tell her anything that happened.

"Okay. Michael is upstairs waiting for you."

I ran upstairs, and saw Michael at my desk playing on his phone.

"How was your trip?" he asked.

I threw my bag on the floor and threw myself onto my bed.

"Michael I don't even know." I said taking a deep breath.

"Why? What happened Vic?" he asked turning his phone off.

"I don't know who I'm in love with."

"What do you mean?"

"I saw Luke."

"Luke Hemmings?"

"Yes! The one I cheated on!"

"Holy fuck!"

"Yeah. We went on a date, and kinda kissed at the end."

"What? But what about Ashton?"

"Forget him. Im breaking up with him tomorrow."

"Oh my god."

"Michael, this is all just a blur."

"I don't even know what to say."

I could tell Michael was astonished.

I was at myself, too.
