Chapter 28:

I drove all the way to Michaels house, I needed to tell him everything.

What Luke said to me crushed my heart into pieces. It felt like everything that had happened between us meant absolutly nothing. 

Still sobbing, I parked my car in Michaels driveway.

I ran up to his front door, knocking hard and quick.

"Hey, wait what the fuck happened? Are you okay?" he asked me giving me a hug.

"Everything went well, until," I gulped. "Until this morning."

"What do you mean?" he asked me.

"Michael, he had been fucking seeing someone else! Since we broke up the first time when I cheated on him!" I shouted out starting to cry again.

"What the fuck? I'm going to his house right now I'm going to fucking kill that bas-."

"No Michael. Don't do that. It's over now." I said pulling him back.

"Are you sure?" he asked me.

"Yeah. I don't want anything to do with him anymore." I said.

"Come inside, I'll tell Ash and Cal to come over and tell them everything." he said opening the door for me.

I walked inside and he led me upstairs into a guest bedroom.

"You can lay over here, I'll get you anything if you need." Michael said closing the door.

I layed down on the bed but I couldn't really relax. Too much was going through my mind.

It was just Luke meant so much to me and I wanted to love him but now I couldn't. 

"Hey are you okay?" Ashton said coming into the bedroom about 20 minutes later.

"Not really." I replied as he gave me a hug. 

"We are here for you." Calum said giving me a hug as well.

"I knew that guy would fucking hurt you." Michael said coming in not long after.

I took a deep breath

"Michael you said you had an announcement, could you tell us all now" Cal said sitting on the bed next to me.

"It's not really an announcement. It's more for all of us." he said fixing his hair in the mirror.

"Come on Clifford just tell us." Ash said throwing his hands up in the air.

"I think we all need to get away for a while." he said.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"I mean all of us together. From this town, from Luke, from everyone." he replied.

"Where are we going?" Calum asked him.

"I bought us all train tickets to LA." he said. "We would be leaving tomorrow early in the morning."

"Agh, I can't do this." Ash said rubbing his hand aganist his forehead.

"What mate?" Cal asked him.

"I can't leave here. I've got too many friends and family I'd leave behind." he said.

"I understand." Michael said.

"But that doesn't mean I won't come visit you." Ashton said starting to chuckle a bit.

"Cal? Vic?" Michael said asking us for an answer.

"Yeah I'll come." Calum answered.

"I guess I will." I replied.

"Look Vicky if you don't want to come, thats your decision. I don't want to be forcing y-."

"No, I want to come." I blurted out.

"Great." Michael said smiling. "Cal, get home so you can start packing your stuff and Vic I'll give you a ride home if you need."

"No my car is here I'm fine." I said.

Michael and Cal left the room as Ashton got up from a chair.

"Vicky," he said quietly.

"Yeah." I replied.

"I'll see you, soon." he said

"Yeah, Ash? Thanks for everything, by the way." 

"No, thank you."

He kissed my cheek, and walked out of the room.
