Old times and New times

      
        * A week later *

   " Sarah hold on , I'm still trying to dry my hair . " I said . I toweled my hair , and ran in the room with only my bra and panties on . " God girl get dressed! " sarah gasped . She was already dressed . She had on a purple dress . The purple dress was an off the shoulders , long sleeve , thigh high dress . The waist part of the dress was black and with purple in the middle , black on the rim of the bottom and in the middle of the slit of the purple . In the middle with the black and purple ,  there was a blue ribbon bow .

She had thigh high white socks , black boots , and she had her hair up in a left side ponytail with bangs and to keep up her hair was a blue ribbon . On her neck was a purple rose choker , and she had her makeup done . " How are you not done?! " she screeched . " Dude! I overslept okay! " I yelled at her . " Let me help . " she said . She came to me , and sat me down . She toweled my hair then blow - dried it .
She threw me my dress and I got dressed . My dress was a sweetheart line , had blue and white ruffles , sparkles on it . I had arm ruffles on my arm , my white thigh high socks , blue heels , and a blue necklace .

On the side of my dress was a blue bow , and sarah did my hair in a right side pony . She did my makeup real quick , and then we left running down the halls . We were running a bit late , and it was all because of me . I didn't set my alarm and I got a late shower , I'm such an idiot! And I'm suppose to be a role model to other princesses in training! Well I already screwed it up .
Finally we made it out , we got to the stage . We made it behind some no one saw , but as we had ran I saw all the philips and dres van people here . They were all happy and cheering , it made me smile .

I even saw the princes .. and my brother and fiancé . Cynthia was next to roberto telling him to calm down , and I was laughing to myself . I saw dad and mom on seats somewhere , and so was joshua's mother . Well I guess then I really gotta do my best out there today . I already know the songs I was gonna sing today .

And my newly written one that I won't say , until I get to sing it . Cause it's the last one . As I peek through the curtains , there then stood joshua's father . " Good morning dres van and philips! " he said . Everyone cheered , and I smiled . " Today we are celebrating the third anniversary festival of philips and dres van uniting as one . And today as we usually do , we do a performer here today . " he said again . Everyone was anxious to know . " Give it up for princess christina! " he said . He then ran off the stage and went to sit next to joshua's mom with my family .

I ran through the curtains and everyone cheered . " Good morning everyone! It's such an honor to get to perform , and I do like to say that it's such a wonderful thing to see my two beloved kingdoms united . And I love how this is to also raise money for charity's and orphanages for kids who need homes . So I'm gonna do my best so we can raise the most money we can! So let's rock this place! Hit it guys! " I pointed to the drummer and guitarist . I grabbed the microphone , and the music started .

" Oh don't you dare look back , just keep your eyes on me! This women is my destiny she said wooh shut up and dance with me! " I sang .

         * Later *

  " Give it up for my girl sarah loyd! " I shouted . Sarah came through the curtains , and she smiled at me as she had her microphone . She walked towards me and she still looked to the crowd . " Hey listen up! " she started .
" Hey , hey never look back , dumb struck boy , ego intact . Look boy , why you so mad? Seconds get in , but shoulda hit that . " she said swinging side to side by me .
" Hey christina you picked the wrong lover , shoulda picked that one he's cuter then the other . I just wanna laugh , cause your tryna act like a hipster . Kick it to the curb , and take a polaroid picture . " she finished her wrap and she had hugged me one armed .

" Even if the stars and moon collide I never want you back into my life! You can take your words and all your lies! Oh oh oh! I really don't care! " I sang . We both walked down the stage holding arms , and we stopped at the guys . " Even if the stars and moon collide! I never want you back into my life! " we both sang . " You can take all your words and all your lies! Oh oh oh! " we sang throwing our arms up .
" I really don't care! Oh oh oh! I really don't care! " I sang . We finished and the crowd cheered , me and sarah hugged and then she left the stage .

I walked to the middle , and then I was handed a guitar . " Okay now this song , I've written it based on experience . I started working on this song back when I had to stay a week at each kingdom . There may be a few words , but it's just minor . But I hope you like it . " I said . The music started , and I played my guitar .

" I'm just a victim trying to set myself free , but it's so hard to see you ain't right for me . My friends all hate you but I still disagree . The way you dance on me it makes it hard to see , is me loving you such a crime? You keep my blood rushing all of the time . " I started singing . The music started to get higher .

" I'm going out of my mind I'm a victim of love , got me tied up in knots someone please call the cops . I said I can't walk away , 'cause I can't get enough . I'm just a tied down , bruised up , victim of love . I'm going out of my mind I'm a victim of love , cause I can't shake your love . My heart pumping hard to the beat . I said I can't walk away , 'cause I can't get enough . I'm just a tied down , bruised up , victim of love . " I sang louder .

I kept strumming my fingers , I hope everyone does like this . This was my feelings through all of this . " You always kick me when I'm down on my knees , cause girl your cold as ice . Should've took my mom's advice . " I sang . I turned a bit , looking to my parents they were smiling and then I looked back down at the crowd . " My friends all tell me you've been cheating on me . But it's so hard to see , you're no good for me . Is me loving you such a crime? You keep my blood rushing all of the time . " I sang . Strumming my fingers faster , here it comes .

  " I can't believe I've been wasting my time , I think the sex must of made me go blind . " I sang .

" Come on , come on , come on I can't shake this . Come on , come on , come on , a little help now . Come on , come on , come on victim of love! " I added . I strummed more and I knew the grand finale was coming .

The music went over a little bit , and then it was over . Everyone cheered and clapped , confetti going everywhere . Music playing in the background and it was all just amazing , it was so cool . Joshua had found himself up here , and he pulled me close . He pulled me in , and he kissed me right then and there . I kissed back pulling him close to me .

I may be a princess ..  but I'm one hell of a rebel .
