He was so close....however, you somehow managed to push him away, and break the little spell, as some would say. You growled and narrowed your eyes at him in a glare. "Stop lying and tell me where (F/N) is!!!" Revolver looked at you with a small sigh. "I already told you that I don't know where your friend is." You, however didn't believe him, thinking that he did all this just to lure you here, for some reason. "We'll settle this with a duel then..." You replied, inserting your deck into your duel disc. "INTO THE VRAINS!!!"

Revolver followed your actions and appeared in Link VRAINS with you. You jumped on your D-Board and glanced back at Revolver who was riding behind you.

"SPEED DUEL!!!"

"I'll take the first turn, draw!!!" You drew your card and took a look at your hand, small smirk appeared on your face. "From my hand I summon, Goddess Hack Malicious Diva [LV-4 1800/1100] I set two cards and end my turn.."

"My move, draw... From my hand I summon, Gateway Dragon [ LV-4 1600/1400] Gateway Dragon's monster effect activates, once per turn I can special summon one level 4 or lower Dragon monster from my hand, come, Magnavarrett Dragon [LV-4 1800/1200] Appear, Circuit that leads to future!! Arrowheads confirmed, summoning conditions are; 2 Level 4 or lower Dragon monsters, I set Gateway Dragon and Magnavarrett Dragon in the link markers!! Circuit combine! LINK SUMMON, appear Link 2, Twin Triangle Dragon [ATK- 1200] I set a card and end my turn. I can feel your anger, and aggression, (VR/N). If you continue dueling like this, you will lose."

You gave him a small scoff. "You will be the one losing when I draw my Pendulum cards." You looked briefly behind yourself at Revolver, wearing that smirk of yours once again. "Pendulum...Yes, I am aware that you can use that summoning method, XYZ and Synchro as well." Revolver stated calmly. "Go on, show me what you got."

"My turn, draw! It's here..." You looked down at your hand and smiled at what you drew, just what you needed. "I use Scale 5, Goddess Hack's Sorceress and Scale 9 Goddess Hack Zero Network to set the Pendulum Scale!!! With this I am able to simultaneously summon monsters from level 6 to 8, Swing Pendulum of hope, create the light that shall overcome the darkness!! PENDULUM SUMMON!! Goddess Hack Virus Chain [LV- 8 2400/2300] Goddess Hack Z-X Animatronic [LV- 7 2300/1240] Goddess Hack's Sorceress Pendulum effect activates! All level 6 or above monsters I control become level 4 and all the monsters you control become level 7."

Revolver looked confused as to why did you do that, but knew that you are a very skilled duelist and that he shouldn't underestimate you, however, he did noticed something odd in your style of dueling, perhaps it's because you think he has your friend, or is it something else..

"I end my turn."

"My turn, draw! From my hand I summon, Sniffer Dragon [LV- 2 800/400] Appear, Circuit-"

"Trap activates, Artificial Rule! As long as this card remains on the field, you cannot use high level monsters to special summon, those monsters also cannot attack, change their battle position nor activate their monster effects." Revolver gave a scoff at this, just as he thought, he shouldn't underestimate you, but then, you heard him chuckle.

"What's so funny?" You asked annoyed, which only made him chuckle again. "I see your amnesia didn't last all that long, (VR/N), or should I say, Goddess Suicide?"

"Goddess Suicide? What do you mean by that?" You asked confused the male behind you. "The move you just used, is the exact same move you used when we last dueled." This made you even more confused. You dueled Revolver before? How is that even possible?

"No..stop lying already!!! First you lie about not knowing where (F/N) is, now this?! And why the hell do you think I would trust some bastard that only turned out to use me because of my so-called powers?!" Now, this hit Revolver in the heart to hear you saying such awful thing about him, but he knew he deserves it. "I end my turn." He spoke.

"My move, draw!!-" suddenly, images flashed trough your mind

You were walking down a dark forest, you could see few of your Goddess Hack monsters on each side of you, whispering, "Goddess Suicide..." they continued whispering it, you felt yourself smirking at this...

"What...What the hell was that?..." You muttered to yourself, holding onto your head. It felt like everything was spinning. "See? I am telling the truth..."

You kept quiet as you slowly peered at what card you drew, which only made your eyes widen in shock. "G-Goddess Suicide...." you slowly muttered the name of the card...so...it's true...however, as you looked up, you could see that all your monsters turned into much darker versions of themselves. "What..." You muttered again, did you do that?....

"You see-"

"Enough!!! This....this is nothing...I will defeat you and bring (F/N) back, no matter what the coast!!!" You yelled angrily and without even thinking, took the Goddess Suicide card. "Magic card-"

"Stop it, both of you!" Female voice suddenly spoke, both you and Revolver looked up. She was standing on a building, however you could only see her silhouette, but not her face. "Who are you?" You asked. "My name is not important right now. This duel ends." The girl declared. Revolver manage to catch a glimpse of her face, his eyes went wide. "Impossible..." he muttered. "We will meet again, (VR/N)." Revolver said to you, before quickly vanishing. "We are not done yet...get back here you coward!!!" You yelled, but he was already gone. "Why did you stop our duel?" You asked the girl, narrowing your (E/C) orbs in a glare. "The card you were about to play, that card could've caused terrible things if you played it. That is why SOL Technology's Akira Zaizen sent me to stop this duel." Girl shortly explained. You looked at your card then back at the girl. "Just have in mind that we will see each other soon."

You logged out of Link VRAINS after the little talk with that girl. "(Y/N)!!" You smiled hearing Yusaku's voice calling out to you. "Hey..." you greeted when he came close. "Thank God....you're okay...." he panted, suddenly, you felt him wrapping his arms around your shoulders and pulling you into a friendly hug. Your eyes widen a little as your face become red. You didn't blush as much when Revolver hugged you, does this mean something? You rested your head against Yusaku's shoulders and wrapped your arms around his shoulders. "Thank you, Yusaku..." You said softly with a genuine smile. "For what?" Yusaku asked a little confused by what you just say. "For everything..." You simply answered.

"Sorry to interrupt your moment, but I still need to analyze your deck, (Y/N)." Kusanagi spoke which made both you7 and Yusaku to immediately pull away from the hug, both of your faces were beat red.

"C'mon, you could at least wait until they kissed." Ignis spoke playfully. "AI!!!" Both of you yelled at the Ignis. Honestly, AI is like a fangirl that just really likes to ship people, especially you and Yusaku.

"C'mon you love birds, we should go home, it's getting late." Kusanagi chuckled again and walked ahead whilst you and Yusaku walked alongside eachother quietly, luckily, your blush came off soon. "You two are the lamest couple ever." Ignis pouted which made him earn a slap from Yusaku. "SHUT UP!!!" Both of you yelled.

But, now I've decided that I'll update this story twice a week, updates will be on Mondays and Thursdays, until school starts again.
