So many people enjoyed Dennis' performance, and so did Yusaku. As you looked at the cotton candy haired male, you could see very faint smile. He really did like it. "Hmm~ Seems someone is smiling~?" You giggled, playfully poking the male's cheeks, he gave a small glare to you before sighing a little. "Fine...You got me..." Your smile only widened at this. "Hey, we have to catch up with Dennis before he leaves!" Before Yusaku could say anything, you were already running towards Dennis, however as you briefly touched his shoulder...
"Y-You monster...! Wh-What have you done to my mother?!...where is she?!?!" You yelled holding Dennis tightly by his collar. The orange haired male averted your gaze. "I...don't know..." His response only made you angrier. "You sick bastard!!!" You yelled again, tears forming on your eyes. "I was gonna kill her, but... something happened..." He admitted. You stared at him wide-eyed. "Wh-What...are you... talking about?..." You let go of his collar. "I HATE YOU!!!!" Your words came out as venom to Dennis' heart. Loud slap was heard, there was a very visible red mark on Dennis' cheek.
"Y-You...." You muttered as Dennis looked at you with rather monotonus and annoyed expression, differing from the one he had while performing. The same scenario that just happened in your vision, repeated. Loud slap was heard followed by gasps from the crowd.
"You fucking piece of shit!!!" You were about to throw a punch at him, but before you could, security guards had already restraint you. Everyone, even Yusaku, were looking at you like you're crazy, whilst Dennis maintained calm expression. He ovbiously knew the reason why are you like this. There were so many things you wanted to say to this jeark right here and now, but you decided to save it... for later~
.....
You and Yusaku both got kicked out of the stadium. You were still pretty angry and in the mood to go kick Dennis' ass.
"What was that about?...Did get another vision?" Yusaku asked as you two walked alongside each other. You averted his gaze, small tear dropped from your eye on your cheek. Luckily, Yusaku didn't see it.
".... Dennis was the one that killed my mother. My father probably too.." You stated as calmly as possible. Yusaku's emerald orbs went wide.
"What?... But you said he-"
"I did. But that was before he became an evil bastard, I'm guessing." You cut Yusaku off mid sentence, small smile appeared on your face. "I'm going to kill him." That statement was said from your mouth with such ease. It half sounded like a joke, but there could also be heard the seriousness in your tone as well.
"(Y/N)..." Yusaku suddenly grabbed your wrist and stopped walking forcing you to as well. You weren't looking at him.
"I know you are going to try something when I'm off guard, so don't even try. You're angry and you want to do is to kill that person, I understand. But if you go there with those feelings still fresh in you, you're going to lose. So please, wait. It's hard, I know, but I promise you, you will get your revenge." Those words kinda made you feel better, but that didn't meant that those feelings of hate are gone."Thanks, Yusaku."
......
"He really did?..." Kusanagi asked after hearing yours and Yusaku's story. You nodded.
"Yes, that's what I saw." You repeated, Kusanagi gave you a strange expression, as if he wasn't certain enough.
"What if one of those visions was false? One of those memories, to be exact." You thought for a moment after hearing Kusanagi's question. That could easily be the case, that either one of those could be false.
"Yes... That could be... But something is telling me that's not it. All those visions are pieces of puzzle. Goddess Suicide, Dennis, Data Storm.... everything is somehow connected. There are missing parts, lots of them. And I just know, it's connected to Yusaku's past as well."
"That could be it... Do you remember what (F/N) said? That our encounter wasn't random. Maybe that's what she meant?" You slowly nodded adjusting his words.
"That could be it... But there must be something more..." You added.
"I think we should stop here... It's just too much to think about..." Yusaku said with a sigh, running a hand through his cotton candy hair. You and Kusanagi both silently agreed. However, there was another important thing that popped up into both yours and Yusaku's mind.
"Kusanagi-San, did find anything while analyzing our duel discs and decks?" The older man nodded and looked at the huge screen before him, then back at you and Yusaku.
"I found a strange virus in both devices."
"Virus...?!" You and Yusaku said at the same time, swiftly looking at the screen. There were some strange signs on it, something none of you have seen before.
"That's strange..." You muttered, carefully looking at the signs on the screen. You also noticed that six specified letters and six specified numbers were the only there.
"That's what I was trying to warn you about when you just forcibly took your duel disc. Tho I didn't know Yusaku's had one too though..." Now this was making already completed things even more complicated. However, to you this kinda felt... familiar... All those signs and numbers... you've seen them before.
"Feels familiar now that I took a good look at it..." Slowly you muttered, trying to focus more.
"If only you could remember where do you know it from right now... But, anyways, Kusanagi-San, will you be able to find out how to get rid of the virus in time?" Kusanagi looked as if he was in a deep thought after Yusaku's question.
"I will try, but I'm not promising any results." You almost didn't hear his response. You were too caught up in your own thoughts, trying to connect this strange virus with other things you found out, but again, there was something missing...
"Can we discuss this tomorrow? I feel like we'll all be able to find something more after we get some sleep." Both males agreed to your suggestion.
....
You couldn't really sleep, so you ended up just laying on the bed and staring at the ceiling. You let out a deep sigh. Too much information for today. Suddenly, a knock on your window brought you back from your thoughts. It was the person you least expected to see.
"Aki?" You muttered slowly and opened the window. You were about to ask her what she's doing here and how did she find you, but before you could ask anything, she already started. "We need to talk..."(A/N) Helloooo guys!! I am so sorry for not updating for about a month or so??
