An easy and quick dish full of brilliant flavours.
ingredients:
·6 boneless chicken fillets
·6 spring oinions chopped
·1 garlic clove or 1tsp garlic powder
·2tbsp light soy sauce
·seasoning
· fry light
·1tbsp dark soy sauce
· 1tsp paprika
·2tsp Chinese five spice
· 100ml passata or a tin of chopped tomatoes whizzed up
·1tbsp raspberry vinegar or vinegar + raspberry jam
·2tbsp sweetener (only use if using vinegar without jam)
·1/2 pepper
· pineapple
·1 carrot
·2 packets of tread noodles
· 2 drops of lemon juice
· oregano for taste
· 1tsp gingermethod
· slice the chicken into strips and place in a bowl/small oven dish. Add the spring onions, light soy sauce garlic and seasoning. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
·While the chicken marinades chop the pepper and carrots. Also put the noodles in warm water for 10 minutes.
· Heat up a deep frying pan or wok and spray with fry light. When hot add the chicken and marinade.
· After a few minutes add the dark soy and passata. Let it simmer. Once it's simmering add the paprika, five spice and vinegar(and sweetener).
·Now add the noodles, carrot and lemon juice. Once mixed add the ginger and oregano leaving the pineapple to last.
serve and enjoy.
