Ingredients
350 g puff pack pastry,
large bottle of any pasta sauce or green pesto,
500g mozzarella cheese ball,
vegetables / meat of your choice.method
1. Preheat the oven gas mark 6/200 degrees or 400 F
2. Roll out the puff pastry in a rectangular baking tin
3. Top the puff pastry with tomato sauce/green pesto.
4. Bake till golden brown.
5. Prepare any other toppings
6. After golden brown top with toppings of your choice.
7. Tear the cheese ball into pieces, then top the puff pastry with it.
8. Bake till the cheese melts.
9. Enjoy! Serve with salad.
