Ingredients
250ml double cream
125g strawberries
6 meringue shells

You'll need a:
mixing bowl
spoon
knife
whisk
chopping board
serving plate

Method:

1.Whisk the cream in a bowl until it starts to thicken into soft peaks.

2.Then cut the strawberries into small cubes and mis them into the whipped cream.

3.Scoop out a spoonful of the strawberry and cream mixture and spread it into the flat surface of a meringue shell. Then place another meringue shell, flat side down, on top of this.

4.Repeat with the other meringue shells. Then serve them on a plate, arranged with the shells on either side.
