Thankgiving dinner

Shane woke up Indigo the next day . "Hey Indigo we need to get in the kitchen . Get dressed and ready ." Shane said . "Okay let me shower and do my hair."

She put her hair in a bun and showered. She added old short and a t shirt on . She didn't want her nice clothes ruined.

She ran downstairs quickly and eat breakfast and started on the pumpkin cookies and sweet potatoes pies. They went to cakes and side disses.

"This is fun how many people are coming tomorrow." "I don't know but a lot of my cousins are and their families. " "okay cool well 5 pies in the oven and 3 dozen cookie done." I think we're doing  pretty good ." "Yeah I do too . How are things?" "What do you mean." "I mean well Troy said you were upset at dinner last night." "Yeah I mean , remember those guy from the party . Well one of them text me and just said something's and yeah." "She showed him the messages. "Now I know why Troy said he was ready to fight. He was really mad last night." "What?!" "Yeah he texted me last night and he we really mad." "Why?!" "Because y'all are friends and this is not okay ." "Yeah I guess well how much do we have left to do." "We have 2 cakes left and 5 more pies . Troys coming and bringing a lot of ice cream and Turkeys and Ham." "Wait Troys coming with ice cream !  ?" "Yeah is that a problem ?" "No just tell me when so I can get the ice cream , I wana see all the flavors ." "Mhm sure ." "Im not joking , I really like ice cream ." "About two hours latter  they finished all the treats for the next day."

Just then the doorbell rang. She opened the door to see Troy . "Hey Troy ." Indigo said . "Hey Indigo ." "So where's the ice cream ." "Indigo said . "Really Indigo . I never knew you liked ice cream so much ." "Well we don't want them to melt . Do u ?" "No  let's go."

They ran to the car and grabbed the stuff from the car . They ran and brought the ice cream from the car and took them into the garage because Shane's mom has a huge freezer.  They put all the ice cream in the freezer and went back inside. 

"Hey , are you feeling any better you know cuz of those guys ." Troy said standing behind Indigo as she was preparing the meats. "Yeah im fine." "Indigo ?" He stood next to her. "Yeah?" "Are you sure your okay cuz I will fight them ." She tapped his shoulder. "Troy im fine really you told me what to do . I just gotta stay confident and keep pushing myself." "Your right . Hey you need any help ?" "Um a well maybe you could pack the food." "Okay where's your dinner at ?" "Right her I'm really exited ! Where are you doing dinner at." "Just me my sister and parents at one t house nothing too big." "That's pretty cool ."

They finished up the stuff and Troy left .

The next day was thanksgiving.

The family came and dinner was served . "Hey guys , you guys ready to eat dinner !" Shane said . "Yeah !" They grab the plates . And went and sat down . They eat lost of food and talked to their family.

"So Indigo I heard you play football , Shane said your really good." Shane cousin Jaz said. "Thanks I'm really happy that I was able  to make the team . I wana play in high school too." "That's cool I hope you do too:" Dj said . They kept talking.

"Indigo and Shane your desserts were amazing.  You guys should open a bakery." Shane's Aunt said. "Thanks hey shane maybe we could go raise money for something with our cooking." Indigo said. "Yeah Troys mom said she wanted to have new taste for the restaurant." "You wana ask Troys mom if we can ." "Sure. Let's wait till tomorrow." Shane replied. "Yeah I'll text Troy."
