First Day of School

3 weeks had past and it was now time for school to start. Indigo woke up and put on a blue romper, white tennis shoes and put her hair down and added a clip.

"Indigo Shane is here!" Her mom called down. "Conning!!" She ran down the stairs and met him. "Traditional back to school breakfast?!" Indigo said. "Yup year two ."

   Shane said and they went to the kitchen. The foolishness room was filled with an amazing smell of blueberry pancakes with turkey bacon and freshly squeezed orange juice. Indigo and Shane sat down and indigos mom put a plate down infrout of Indigo that had 3 stacks of blueberry pancakes with wiped cream in them.

  "Ugh i loveee blueberry cakes." Indigo said pouring a lot of syrup on on top of them . "Easy their Indigo you don't wana have a sugar rush." Shane said with a laugh digging into them. They finished up the food and she went to brush her teeth and grabbed her bag. Then they went outside. "Okay you two smile for the camera you too." Shane's mom said. Indigo and Shane held chalkboards that had the word freshmen written down. They took the pic just in time for Zay to come out his house. "Join the pic Zay !" Indigo called out. They took one last pic together and walked to school. On their way they picked up Stormie who lived a block away form Indigo.

    "Hey Guys !!" Stormie said running out the door. She has pink eyeshadow on with black dress with a pink scarf and pink lowtop shoes. Her blond blue and pink hair was in a long curled ponytail and had a nude color lipstick on. "You look beautiful stor." Indigo said running up towards her giving her a hug. "You look so pretty! Blue is a great color on you." "Oh thank you!" "Yea you look great Stormie not many people can pull off sum like this." Zay said. "Thanks Zay." She said smiling and grabbing her bag. Then went to school. Troy was already their with Andre  Ciniya and Zach. "Hey Troy." Indigo said walking towards him and giving him a hug. "Hey." "We need a pic of all of us! It's the first day of freshman year we need this to remember our time!" Indigo said and got someone to take a pic . They all went there separate ways to get their first day package.

    Indigo started walking around and ran right into someone. The force made the two of them fall down to the ground. "Oh my god I'm so sorry." The person said grabbing her hand and helping her up. "No your fine it's my fault. Wasn't paying attention." Indigo said with a laugh. "Hi I'm Nicolas Wong how about you ?" He said sticking his hand out with a huge smile. He was taller than her and had tanish skin with freckles.His hair was jet black and slick. He was wearing a blue colored shirt and jeans with with shoes. "Hi I'm Indigo Wilson. Sorry about the whole running into you thing." "Naw it's okay, it's not everyday someone as nice and pretty as you runs into you. Hey at least we have close last names maybe we can find this line together." He said with a laugh. "Let's hope." They said walking together. After sometime they found the table and got their class list. They looked at theirs and then each other's. "We have the same classes what are the odds." Indigo said. "I'm glad I know someone now. Ima text my friends to see if I have anything with them." Nicolas said. "Me too."

   "I have classes with 3 of my friends how about you?" "3 if I count you now." "Then four for me . Our home room is World. You ready ?" "Yeah let's go." They walked to class and sat next to each other. Just then Stormie walked in and sat down. "Oh let me introduce y'all. Stormie this is Nicolas, Nicolas this is Stormie." They exchange hellos and Nicolas started talking to indigo more while Stormie talk to some people.

   "Hello Student! My name is Gabby. Yes you can call me Gabby or Miss. Gabby! This is going to be a fun yet challenging class this is AP world history for one! The first thing I'm going to do is pair you up and you and that person will work together all year for group projects. It will be fun trust me it's works and Eveyone has fun. I will draw names and let the universe choose. This project is about yourself! I want you to get to know your partners and talk about them. You have a whole month to do these so they need to be good! Okay!" Gabby said. "Okay!" Eveyone said. She started calling names . Stormie got put with a guy name James. Indigo ended up getting paired with Nicolas. "Well I guess the world really wants us to be friends, running into each other, close last names, same classes and partners.what eles could happen." Indigo said. "Honestly we should hang out this weekend. Get to know each other and stuff." He said. "Yeah sure, I have practice everyday after school now so weekends are the best for me." "Okay me too. I have cross country after school everyday too? What sport do you play." "Football." "Oh your the girl who plays football. I heard about your win. That's pretty amazing in my opinion. Are you on jv or varsity this year ?" "Varsity Im pretty exited but it's a lot more pressure. We should met up after school today. Do you walk to school or take a bus ?" "I walk." "Me too." "Wow the world really first want us to met." "I guess so." They both ended up laughing.

  The day went on as normal and Indigo and Nicolas got to know each other better. They didn't sit with each other at lunch but they sat together in all their classes. The day ended and she went to the locker to change.

  Today was more weight training than anything as well as team bonding. "So I heard the kids from James Madison Middle school we're middle school state champs. That's pretty good! But your in high school now. At James madison high school and we plan on being high school state champs. So you all better be on your A game. We plan on winning! Everyone got that ! On 3 we say bulldogs okay!" The captain Manior said. "1 2 3 BULLDOGS!!" Eveyone said. They did alot of working out. Manior noticed the way Troy looked at Indigo. He called the other captain over Trey. "Hey Trey you think they are a thing ?" "Naw Indigo doesn't seem bothered plus I saw her with Nicolas." "Wong ? As in Nicolas Wong, Shangs brother." "Yup." "Ah cool."

     Pratice ended and she packed her stuff up and went met up with Nicolas Zay and Stormie. Just then Troy ran after her before she got to the group. "So your just going to leave without saying good bye." Troy said laughing grabbing on to her back back. "Sorry I was so distracted on trying to get home." She said with a laughing. "All good. Hey you wana hang out this weekend ? It's been a minute." "I can't Nicolas asked me to hang out this weekend." "Oh who's that." "This guy I met today super nice. He's in all my classes and he's my partner. You would love him!" "I'm sure I would." He said laughing. "Maybe y'all can met tomorrow?!" "Sounds good listen I have to get to my bus! Call you latter." "Okay." They did their handshake and went on the way.

    "Hey Guys." She said running up to the group. "Ugh all of you stink." Stormie said still in her cheer uniform. "Okay not all of us have ac when we pratice." Zay said joking with her. "Haha very funny Zay." They all starters talking about the first day of high school. Nicolas was mostly focused on indigo. He ended up living the closes to the school. "Well this is my house, I'll see y'all tomorrow. Text me if you have time Indigo." Nicolas said running to his house. "Will do cya." "Cya." They started walking away. "He likes you." Zay said. "What ?" "No he's right. Nicolas might have a crush on you. He's not going to lie." "Guys I have a boyfriend. And Nicolas doesn't he's just a friendly guy." Indigo said with a laugh. "Maybe. Are you and Troy even boyfriend and girlfriend?" Stormie asked. "Yeah I think so. We don't like labels and stuff. We haven't talked about it tho." "Oh okay. Well I'll see you guys tomorrow!" Stormie said walking to her house. Zay and Indigo walked the rest of the way home and went to the separate homes.

    Indigo showered and but on pjs. She FaceTimed Stomie and Troy while she did her homework and even called  Nicolas for a little bit.

    High school is going to be fun she thought
