Brendons pov:
Dr. Reid called me to his office to talk to him this morning. As always he has a pissed off expression on his face. I mockingly copy his face expressions and ask, "What up Doc? What did I do wrong this time?" He stands up bangs his hands on the table and yells, "Nothing! You did nothing wrong! Celebrities like you don't get punished for your actions! If you were any other patient you would've been sent to the restraints room for having sex on your visit yesterday!"
I shake my head and roll my eyes. He is such a homophobic doctor. I can't believe him. And, I also can't believe he has no idea that I'm not sleeping. I ask him, "So does this mean I'm in touble?" He sighs, sits back down and says, "No, I've gotten a report from the nurses saying that you've been sleeping through the night for the past six days. I hate that we're doing this because you're nightmares going away is a fucking miracle. Pardon my language but I don't think that's possible."
"So what are you saying?" I ask confused, nervous, and excited all at the same time. "Sadly," he starts, "The reason I called you into my office is because we have to go over discharge paperwork. And, if you sleep through the whole night tonight without a nightmare then you can go home tomorrow."
I cover my mouth in shock not only because I'm going home but also that I tricked everyone that I was still sleeping. The cover up was working. I haven't felt more energised in my entire life. Going onto my seventh day without sleeping I never thought I would feel this way. I go find Demi and tell her it worked. She hugged me, congratulating me on my discharge. I give her my number in case none of her friends believe that she met me.
I go to my room to pack my things. I pack the concealer at the bottom of the bag so no one finds it.
