Dallons pov:
I wait at Brendons bedside for him to wake up. I was so scared he was going to die. Now I know how he felt when he had to wait for me to wake up. I guess he got what he wanted. He's in the hospital and not me this time. Brendons eyes start to flutter open.
"Good morning," I tell Brendon. He asks where he is. I tell him about how he passed out on stage. Brendon starts to cry saying, "I wanted you to have the most perfect birthday. I was afraid that if I went to sleep I'd have another nightmare." I tell Brendon, "It's still my birthday and you didn't have a nightmare."
I put my hands on either side of his head and kiss him. "The best birthday present I got was you waking up," I tell him . "I thought you were gonna leave me," Brendon says in an asking tone. I look at him and tell him, "I'd never leave you. When you finally get out of this hell hole I'm going to marry you."
Brendon smiles. I kiss him on the forehead and tell him to get some rest. I leave the room to go buy a snack. I pull the change out of my pocket and start counting it. I run into a doctor. I apologise and look up to see someone I thought I'd never see again. My ex boyfriend Dr. Spencer Reid.
