Part 9: fresh start

Its already Monday, me and niall doesnt talk about the kiss of course i think it just a mistake i still have a strong feeling towards harry and i cant shake it off "Mads can we talk?" Harry asked. I slowly nodded "in private" he continued

I closed my locker and follow harry "i miss you" harry suddenly said as we get inside janitor closet, making my jaw dropped.

"W-what?" I stuttered, i cant believe the words that i just heard "no you cant do this to, you literally told me that im your problem! You ca- cant do this to me harry" i mumbled looking down to my shoes

"Can we start over please?" His voice cracked, wait what? Did his voice just cracked??! I finally look into his eyes, he looks like about to cry. This probably one of his trick, yet im stupid enough to fall for it.

"Fine we can start over this time you're really really going to be my friends no kisses okay?" Of course he started to smile

"I promise i'll be a great friend!" He said excitedly, i just nodded and walk out "hey wait" he said as he grab my hand and pull me into a hug

I miss this, i miss being in his arms

"I'll drop you off after school yeah?" Harry said, and i shook my head

"No you dont have to i can go home by myself beside i have my car now" i really want to go with him but i dont want to seems like im too easy "whats going on between you and taylor by the way? Are you two a thing now?" I asked

"She's been following me everywhere it annoyed me so much, even at the party she suddenly grab my arms and drag me to you" he groan and i giggle, its really cute how annoyed he is with taylor. If i was him i probably get annoyed too who i mean who doesn't? Then suddenly i feel like someone tapped my shoulder when i turn around there's niall

"Hey niall, whats up?" I asked, he look at me and then look at my waist and then back at me

"Are you two like a thing again?" He asked, looking at my waist. Uh whats wrong with my waist, when i look down i see harry's hand holding me. Oh thats why

"Uh- "

"We dont know it yet" harry answered for me

"Oh okay" then he walked away

"Niall?" I called but he doesn't bother to stop he just keep walking "whats wrong with him?"

"Maybe he wants to ask you out, who knows?" I just shrugged "can i come over after school?" Harry asked

"Yeah sure" i said, after mine and harry little talk of course i walk to leah and ricky and told them everything

"You're my homegirl, go get him girl tell me if you score yeah?" Ricky and his dirty mind of course, i dont really surprised. I rolled my eyes by his comment

"Maddie can we talk?" I turn around and i see taylor standing there, did taylor just became nice to me?

"Yeah sure" i said as i follow her, its really weird because i never have a decent conversation with taylor after she took ed away from me

"Listen im really sorry for what ive been put you through, i talk to ricky the other day and he really put me in my place. Im sorry that i took ed or harry away from you, it just that im really jealous of you. whenever i like a boy they just likes you more an-"

"Tay-"

"Wait im not finish, and im sorry that ive been a bad friends to you. You dont deserve to be treated like that and im really really sorry that i treat you that way. I just feel stupid to choose boys over you and i hope we can start over" to be honest im really surprised that ricky can make her realized how wrong she is, never in my life that i think taylor will apologize to me

"Lets just put that all in the past okay?" She nodded and pull me into a hug

"I miss you maddie i really do" taylor whispered "we definitely need to hang out soon"
