She is my biggest fan and she lets me rant and vent all of my problems out to her but most importantly, she has supported me for a few years while writing 'Faithful Sinner'. Shout out to you chick! "I love everything about you." He said as he tucked a lock of hair behind my ear. "And I love everything about you," I replied. We sat up and he said, "babe, what if you were to get pregnant?"

To be honest, I haven't put much thought into that since Bates and I have been together. I've been on the shot for a few years now.....

Holy shit....

I completely forgot to make an appointment with my gynecologist and get my six month shot! I've been on birth control for for a few years so I doubt that I could be pregnant with just being a few weeks behind on my shot but anything could happen at any time. I made a mental note to call tomorrow for an appointment.

"No worries, I'm on the shot so it's unlikely to happen." I tried to ease his worries.

"Well it's not like it would be a bad thing... " he said as he lied his head back on the pillow next to me with his eyes closed. I really didn't know what to say, it caught me off guard and I stared at him with my mouth slightly open for a few seconds before I slid down and lied beside him.

So he wants a kid, or should I say he wouldn't mind having one.

I don't think I'm ready for that step yet, I mean that's a huge commitment and we just started to get serious but who knows what the future could hold. I snuggled up to him letting my mind and body drift off into a deep sleep as I thought to myself 'a lot of women would do anything to have a man like this, he's perfect in every way except for one....

having Madison as an ex girlfriend.' I shook away my foolish thoughts as I kissed him goodnight.

I awoke to my phone ringing beside somewhere beside me, I opened my eyes letting them adjust to the sun streaming into the room as I searched on the nightstand to the right of me. I was so excited to see the name pop up on the screen as I flicked the green icon to answer it.

"I miss you so much," I answered in a groggy voice.

"Well good morning to you too sunshine." Annalise replied from the other end of the line. I smiled at the sound of her melodic voice. She always sounded high spirited and full of energy.

"What are you up to? I feel like it's been decades since I've seen you." I said.

"Oh you know, just staying in this quiet dorm room all by myself with no one to share it with. But I got loads of ice cream so I guess that makes up for it!" She said with a giggle.

"How is Bates feeling?"

"He's much better, he doesn't like wearing the sling on his arm but he's taking the pain meds and antibiotics. Warm baths seem to help." I answered.

"I'm sure they do." She said as we both laughed together at her inside joke.

"We should have lunch, I would love to see your face and catch up. Oh, how did your date go?" I asked.

"Oh my God, Quinn. This man is so hot! He is tall, dark with blue eyes and tattoos all over his body. His name is Jordan and he works in construction. Did I mention that he was tan?" She replied.
