No. You weren't shy. Your voice was just, quiet. You normally got made fun of it, but not like you cared, anyway.
You were just watching T.V. You felt someone sit next to you. You looked over. Tord. You waved at the Norwegian man. ''Sup, Y/N.'' He said with his accent, that was cute.
You shrugged your shoulders. ''Just watching T.V.'' Your voice was normally low, like always. Sometimes people thought it was cute, but not always. Tord was one of those people. ''Nice.'' He took a sip of his bottled water. You hugged your knees as you paid full attention to the television.
Soon there was a commercial break. You groaned. ''It was left at a cliffhanger.'' You looked at Tord and pouted. He just simply chuckled. ''i hate cliffhangers, too.'' He wrapped an arm around you. You didn't really mind. People cuddled with you a lot.
Your phone dinged. You pulled it out of your back pocket and checked the notification. You got a text from Edd.
Edd: Hey Y/N
You: What's up
Edd: I was just checking up on ya, and they ran out of cola, can you believe it?
You: Just drink something else
Edd: I'm not drinking that cream soda, it's nasty
You: You sniffed it and decided it was gross
Edd: Whatever, no cola, no drinking
You: okay, whatever.
Edd sent you a picture of the empty cola rack.
Maybe you can send him a selfie. You opened up the camera app. ''Selfie'' Tord looked at you. He made a weird facial expression. You giggled at it.

He just smiled awkwardly at the camera. You sent it to Edd.
Edd: Oh, watching T.V with Tord?
You: Yes
Edd: Nice
You: When are you getting home?
Edd: .....We are on our way home right now.
You: okay ttyl
Edd: k
You grunted. 'K'. That's all you get? Rude. Tord put his head on your head. His horned hair drooped and brushed against your cheek. It tickled your face and you blushed and chuckled. You surfed through channels until you saw a show about kittens, which you adored. You gasped when you saw a cat paw at some string.
There were many clips of kittens play with toys. You were aweing and squealing in cuteness. It was too much for you. You cupped your cheeks and stared at the screen. ''You like cats that much?'' You heard Tord say. ''Yeah, they're adorable'' You could sense Tord frown at your words.
''Well, cats are only number 2 on my adorable list.'' Tord looked at you. ''What's on number 1?'' You blushed at the word you were about to say. ''You'' You looked away. He chuckled. ''Then i guess you are, too'' He pulled you closer and you snuggled into his chest.
