Edd x Short! Loveable! Reader

You stroked Ringo on his head. You were watching T.V as the cat curled up and purred on your lap.  You liked the thought of not being the only small creature in this household. You lived with Tom, Matt, Tord, and....oh gosh. Edd. 

Edd was such a sweetheart. He always smelled like cola, he drew whatever was on his mind. His puns were funny and he was like the light in the dark. You always fell for people easily. But in the end you were always rejected. You felt Ringo jump off of your lap.

You were a very kind and loveable person. You made friends pretty easily. It was always hard to say goodbye to the people who you were close to. You met Tom first, then he encouraged you to move in with him to fill a hole. Then you met.......Edd. When you first met him, he was so happy to meet you.

Matt caught on that you liked Edd. But he kept it a secret. Matt was always someone to pour your feelings out to. You always ranted on how cute Edd was and how you couldn't tell him without being rejected.

Matt attempted to help you tell him. But you always chickened out. There was this one time where you almost kissed Edd, but you backed away before you did.

You cupped your cheek in your hand and sighed. ''You okay (Y/N)?'' You heard a voice next to you. It sounded like. You looked over next to you. Yep.....Edd. You blushed a light red. Okay (Y/N), don't stutter. ''Yep.'' Was all you wanted to say.

~Edd's P.O.V~

Gosh, she looked adorable. (Y/N) was probably the cutest thing i have ever seen. When she moved in to our house... I knew i loved her. I was jealous that Tom met her first. She is just a very loveable person. I just wanted to hug her, and kiss her all over. But i have to keep my cool. 

She told me the story on how she was heartbroken over, and over again. But she still kept the smile on her face. I could treat her so much better. Matt knew that I liked her and tried to set me up with her. But he kept it a secret.

=FLAAAAASH BAAAAACK=

I was drawing and thinking about (Y/N). ''hmm............I wish i could just hug her and kiss her....I love (Y/N) so much.'' I muttered. ''You like (Y/N)?'' I heard Matt say behind me.

I spun around and saw him behind me. I widened my eyes in terror. ''Matt, please please please don't tell anyone about this.'' I begged to him for mercy. ''Sure.....on one term.'' He said. He had a sly smirk on his face. Oh god. ''Anything.'' I really didn't want ANYONE to find out. But that was Matt's decision. 

''Buy me a new mirror.'' I nodded and handed him some money. At least it was not as bad as I thought it was. He squealed bright. ''Thank you Edd!'' He said as he ran out. No Matt........''thank you''

=End of flash back=

I also remember that one time she almost kissed me. It was so hard to keep my cool. I hope i didn't blush that much.

~ Your P.O.V~

You kept your eyes on the T.V. The show was getting boring. You tried to act like you were not getting distracted, but you were thinking about hugging Edd. A bright red blush dusts across your cheeks. You  get up and walk into the kitchen. You open the fridge. ''Oh, (Y/N), can you get me a cola, please?'' You heard Edd's voice say.

''S-sure.'' You grabbed a cola and a lemon lime soda. You closed the fridge. You were debating on grabbing your ukulele and playing it. No, you still need practice. You sat on the couch and handed Edd his cola. He smiled bright. ''Thank you.'' He said as he opened it.

''Your welcome'' You said as you opened your lemon lime soda. Some fizz released and the scent filled your nostrils. You slumped back into the couch and sighed. You took a short sip of your soda.

Edd hummed in satisfaction. He always did that when he drunk cola. You smiled at his nature. Edd was always someone interesting to you. ''H-hey (Y/N).'' Edd stuttered next to you. You looked over at him with a poker face. He looked at the T.V. ''Wanna w-watch a movie?'' He stuttered lightly at the words he was saying.

You flushed a bright red and chuckled. ''Sure'' You looked at the T.V. Edd turned on Netflix. He grunting at what type of movie. He found a funny comedy. It was by a comedian called 'Gabriel Iglesias'. You remember you watched one of his shows with your friend a long time ago. About 4 years ago.

You hugged your knees and smiled as the intro came on.

You were tiredly laughing. You were very sleepy and you had NO control over your body what so ever.

Edd was semi awake. It was about 9:30 at night. A little early, but you WERE staring at a screen for 2 hours.

You were chuckling. Your eyelids felt heavy and your body felt weak. You leaned on Edd's shoulder. He flushed a bright red as you rubbed your cheek against his shoulder. His hoodie was so soft.

He  hesitantly wrapped an arm around your shoulder. You snuggled into his chest and gripped his hoodie's fabric. He let out scared squeaked. Your breathing slowed down, so you must have fallen asleep.

Edd waited 10 minutes. He picked you up on put you in his lap. You were currently facing him. You were smiling in your sleep. You looked like a happy kitten, except you're a human. 

He set your face on his chest. He put his arms around your back and cupped his hands on your back in a protective manner. He looked down at you. He lifted your chin gently with his hand and kissed you on your lips with his cola tasted and chapped lips as you slept. 

You wrapped your arms around his neck. He flinched and backed away. He looked into your eyes. You just chuckled. ''I'm good at acting aren't I Edd?'' You said as you simply chuckled. He was still shocked.

He kissed you......... You caught him red handed. Well......red faced. He was blushing like crazy. You gave him a very annoyed glare. You grunted in annoyance. You lifted yourself up to give him a light peck on the forehead. You felt his cheeks heat up. You placed your chin on top of his head.

You rubbed your thumb across his cheek so you could feel the warmth, Edd just simply grew more tired by your comfort, warmth, and softness. He leaned into your touch and 'purred'. He laid down on the couch and took you with him. You landed on top of him. Your head was on his chest and he wrapped you in his arms.

You looked up at him. His eyes were half lidded and he was looking at you with his dark chocolate eyes. You shoved your face in his chest. He chuckled quietly. His eyes grew heavy and soon you started to hear him snoring. You moved a little closer to his face.

You put your head on his shoulder and sighed. You snuggled close to him in comfort. Darkness grew over you and you fell asleep.

BONUS:
Matt looked at you and Edd cuddle. He squealed as Edd smiled in his sleep and you rubbed your cheek against his. ''Oh, i knew it.'' Matt snapped a picture and went back into his room.
