Zuko's pov
My uncle and i went our separate ways. I needed space. I gotta find the avatar by myself! I must restore my honour! But...I'm worried about (y/n).
I have no idea why she was with my sister. They say I'm the traitor to the fire nation but azula is the worst. She thinks she's so much better then everyone. I really hope (y/n) is doing alright.
Y/n pov
I woke up next to katara and oddly momo. He was chewing on my hair. What are weird lemur. I sat up and stretched accidentally waking both katara and momo.
"Good morning katara sorry for waking you!"
"No it's fine we should all wake up now anyways."
"So are we going to find aang an earth bending teacher today?"
"Wait what why?"
"Well we are here for that purpose right?"
I step outside of the tent and wake the boys up. But of course they are being stubborn. Katara comes out and helps.
"(Y/n) what do u mean find a earth bending teacher for aana? You're an earth bender!"
I stop for a moment and sigh.
"I'm not the right one to teach aang i came to help you guys true but not like that"
Katara sighs and shrugs
"Well at least we have a earth bender on our side" katara sighs one more time and starts packing everything up.
The boys finally all get up and then we head into town in search for a teacher for aang.
"Katara! Did u hear that, those boys over there were talking about some kind of pro earth bending thing! Can we go?" I ask with puppy dog eyes and the boys eventually follow my lead. Katara rolls her eyes and walks up to the guys that were talking about it.
A few moments pass by and she comes back with a flyer.
"Oh sweet! Let's go!" Sokka cheers.
We all sigh because finding aang a teacher was a total bust but at least we get to see some pros. It might help aang learn something. Right?
We enter the place and sit in the very front.
"I wonder why no one is sitting here" sokka asks confused but excited.
A boulder gets thrown close to us and now we realize why. But we don't move.
We watch intensely as everything happens. Suddenly a young girl walks out. Her name is the blind bandit. Aang looks at her as she beats the Boulder in a matter of seconds.
The announcer asks if anyone in the audience wants to go up against her. The thought of going up against does cross my mind but aang is already up there.
Sokka is cheering louder then everyone here and katara is also cheering which surprised me. I decided to cheer too.
Suddenly the blind bandit falls off the arena and stomps away leaving aang declared the victor.
We leave and aang looks very confused.
"Aang what's wrong?"
"That girl...I've seen her before... There was a flying pig with her tho"
"Okay that must of been a hallucination"
"Yeah i know it was but i gotta know!"
Aang runs up to the guys from earlier that looked kinda scared when they see katara.
"A flying pig. The only people that have that symbol are the Beifongs and they don't have a daughter"
Aang looks saddened by that but next thing you know we are sitting in the beifongs huge house eating dinner.
The blind bandit, toph?
Her parents say shes weak and helpless. Doesn't look like she is to me!
Aang insists that she is a great earth bender but her parents disagree. We are asked to leave after all of that and it's rather disappointing.
I didn't notice it until it was too late.
"Hey guy's where did aang go?"
Katara and sokka look shocked and we rush back finding a note.
"How the hell does someone kidnap the avatar?" I yell and sigh angrily.
We rush to where the note said he would be but also toph. Her parents paid the guys but they totally did something so horrible.
"I think we are gonna keep the avatar the fire Lords reward is way more" they all laugh.
Katara yells for toph to help but her father is saying she's just a defenseless girl. But she so isn't. I think she realizes that because she snaps.
Saving aang but now she's is so much trouble. Aang wants toph to come with us. Her father said she isn't aloud. How messed up is that. She could help save this distructive world!
We all feel beat and go back to opaa. Just as we were packing tho she came out of nowhere!
"My dad changed his mind he said i can go!"
"Really?" Aang asks very happily
Shes nods and we all get on opaa and go.
This was one long ass day. I hope azula and the girls aren't mad at me.
