(Y/n) pov
What a beautiful....no not beautiful perhaps a little shabby but better then the ground. Our new home is a little claustrophobic, but we did start a new job at the tea shop! It's a nice little walk to get there.
I wonder if the others ever made it here, I'm worried about aang. I believe if I can contribute with zuko maybe he'll want to help. The wounds are still healing from within, almost losing iroh was a shock to him that's for sure.
Lately I can sense someone's eyes following zuko and I wherever we go. This feeling doesn't want to go away and every time I feel it intensify I catch glimpses of hay? I'm not sure.
I go outside for a quick break from work and when I return I see someone fimilar getting hauled away.
"Zuko what happened?!"
"Jet tried to attack me saying I was a fire bender ha can you believe that"
"I mean....OH right, are you okay though?"
He nods with anger in his eyes and goes back to work. I wonder how jet could of possibly figured that out. Zukos paranoia might be for the better, that damn tea. Uncle iroh is really lucky that we are well liked here.
Hours pass and everyone is finally asleep, I snuck out to get some training in hoping not to get caught. Toph showed me the ins and outs of going through underground and that's exactly what I did. Passing underneath the walls I saw steam far into the distance.
"What is that?" Looking around to see if anyone was around I head towards it. Where's oppa when you need him?
( jokes on you if you watched the series he's already there homies )
The closer I got the farther the safety of the wall went I felt doom wash over me and I went back home. I saw it. The insignia, fire nation.
"Zuko" whispering to him, not to wake iroh but he was fast asleep. I sat up all night because the more I thought about it what could we really do. I can't stop anyone because violence only starts more violence! I pray that it's not azula.

Zukos pov
The nerve that jet kid had, I wish just once I wouldn't be ridiculed every place I went! I'm glad (y/n) wasn't around to witness that horror show. But then again my whole life is a tragedy, she shouldn't be around this. I'm honestly so toxic toward her future, I have no idea why she stayed or didn't even pick azulas side.
I close my eyes just for a moment then hear a door close I shoot up to see (y/n) gone. She tries really hard to act like some type of ninja but she really doesn't know how to be quiet. Of course I decided to follow. Suddenly she disappeared under the walls. I'm worried what if this is her running away. The thoughts swirl in my head but I have no reason to think that. Her kindness has been shown time and time again she wouldn't just leave, would she?
I hear her voice slightly from the other side I wonder back home and lay down and count the seconds. Falling asleep while doing so. When I awake she's sound asleep by the window. I carry her to my bed and let her rest. Looking out that same window and wondering what's next.
