Final Chapter: The End?

Brian's Pov

I wrapped the wound part. I grabbed her, bridal style and bring her back to the hall. My hand still bleeding but like I care. "Dude!! You ok?" Said Dameron, worried. I put her down. "Yes, call an ambulance!" I said, panicking. He pulled his phone and called an ambulance. People gathering at us, looking at us. I held her head and made her lay down on my lap, waiting for the ambulance to arrive.

After explaining on what happened, the ambulance arrived. I grabbed her and went in it. Then, without hesitation the ambulance drives very fast. I was in it, keeping her company. I held her hand. "Still cold. Damnit!" I said. "Don't worry, Sophie. You'll be fine. Just hang in there." I held her hand and kissed it.

They finally arrived at the nearest hospital and send her to the emergency department. I was not allowed to go in so, I waited for her. Then the phone rang. It's my mom. "Hello." I said. "Where are you?!" She asked, all worried. "At the nearest hospital. Don't worry, she is being treated as we speak." I said. "Good, I'll be there in a Jiffy." She said. Then I hung up the phone. I sat down, all worried sick. I can't think straight. Not one bit.

What is going to happen to her? Hope that she is fine.

After waiting for a few hours later, a doctor came out. I ran to him. "So, how is she?" I asked. He had a sad face. "She is going to be ok. But." He stopped. "Yes?" I asked. "We need to replace her blood." He said. "What type is she?" I asked. " She is an O type." He said. "I'm an O type." I said, full of hope. "I can donate to her." I said, volunteering myself. "But, you're injured and you too have lost a lot of blood." He said. "I don't care, even if i die, I don't care. Just do it." I said. I don't care if I die or not. I just want her to live.

He looked at my face. "Alright, if you say so." He said. Then we went in the room. The doctor grabbed the equipment needed to do a blood transfusion. I lay down on my bed. Sophie was next to me. The doctor started to inject me. "Don't worry Sophie, help is here." I said, feeling drowsy. Not long from then, I fell asleep...

Sophie's Pov

I woke up. Not knowing on where am I. Am I in heaven? Am I dead? No. I'm not dead. I was in the bed. I looked at hand. Blood is flowing into my hand. But the string was not connected to what is supposed to be connected. I follow the trail of the line. It lead to...

"Brian?" I said, about to tear up. He was awake, looking up on the ceiling. He turned around, looking at me. "Sophie?!" He said, all happy and about to tear up. He sat down. Then he went to me. I can barely move, all because of the injury. He hugged me. But this time was very tight, oddly tight. He cried, I can hear his sniffling silently. I, too, was crying. "Don't do that ever again." He said, all crying through words. "I love you too much, I don't want you to get all hurt." He said. My eyes widened. What did he say? "You lo-love me?" I asked. He hugged tightly. "Yes, I love you." He said all light toned. "Like a friend?" I asked. He looked at me, our eyes meet. He leaned in, kissed me on the cheeks. I blushed, my heart pumping. "Nope, love you as a girlfriend." He said, all blushing.

I can't believe it?! He loved me? It's like a dream. Am I dreaming? He waved his hand on my face. "Hello? Sophie to Earth?" He said. I looked down. "You liked me?" I ask, all shy. He looked at me. His eyebrow moved up. "Yes, I love you." He looked away. "I love you too." I confessed. "You do?" He asked. I nodded. He smiled widely. I hugged him. He hugged me back. I stopped hugging and lean to his chest, which was beating fast.

Then a camera flash. I looked at the direction of the flash. It was his mother. "Mom!" He said, all blushing. She ran to us, hugging us.

Well, peace was restored, in my heart. Now especially, that the person who I loved, saved me twice and now, loved me. I'm so happy. I wished that I can elaborate this more. But now, I want to enjoy it, until it last.

I will not disappoint him. I'll be a good girlfriend for him. Promise!

All wells that ends well....right?
