I stared at the small test, technically a pregnancy test. I'm 24... My body is in good shape. Then it beeped... The only reason this is happening is cause my period is a week late. I looked over at the '+' sign. Positive means pregnant.

I blankly stared at the test, positive means pregnant. Positive means pregnant. So I'm pregnant, really? Well yeah it makes sense but still. I stared at the '+', this changes everything.

I stared at it, Takashi will be surprised right? Well how do I make that surprise even bigger. I hid the test and the box of tests. I bit my lip and went into the bedroom grabbing my phone and going right back to the bathroom.

I searched online for cute ideas then I found the one. I called Lilac, "Hey." She greeted back, "Hello Mistress." I giggled, "So formal. Hey can you get me something from the store. Come see me to get money. But make sure Takashi has no clue about it." Lilac agreed, "Yeah, okay. What do you need?"

I stared at the thing. I found out this morning and it's almost 5pm now. It was a riddle box. You had to get all the gears in the right spot for the test to enter the slot and come out. I looked at the circles with numbers. The entire thing was numbers. I stared at the sectioned circles and areas.

1)When did we first meet?
2)When did we get engaged?
3) When was our first date after we got engaged?
4) How old is (sis/n) currently?
5) What's a new special date? My hint to you is its been in this week.
6)How many hosts were in the host club?
7) What was Haruhi's apartment number?

I giggled, Does he even remember all this. He should really know 1 and 6... But the rest are trickier. I walked down the stairs as he came in the door. I smiled, "Hey Takashi... I got a riddle for you."

Me and Takashi set at the dining room table. 1st question was down in the first few moments. 2nd question too, he actually remembered it... The date that he got the letter. I smiled and gave him a hug.

I watched him skip the 3rd question. He easily put in the answer to 4, that (sis/n) is 12. He also skipped 5, but that I can't blame him. 6 was also easily answered. Then he stared at the box.

Takashi looked at me, "Aren't you going to give me any hints?" I grinned, "No you already got one." I watched as he closed his eyes searching his memories and I smiled. Then he put in the date of when we went to the garden. He remembers, he remembers a lot. Then he put in the answer to 7.

For 6 he put the month wheel on (you choose). Then he started with yesterday, then he pulled the lever. Nothing happened. Takashi put in today's number and looked at me.

He gently smiled and pulled the lever. Out came the pregnancy test. But first it was wrapped in white wrapping paper with a white bow on it. Takashi gently untied the bow and glanced at me.

I nodded my head, "You can unwrap it." He unwrapped it then looked at me. The surprise was clear in his eyes. He put his hand on my stomach, "So you're..." I smiled, "Yeah. We're expecting. There's a little ball of life."

Takashi's face lit up, he stood up pulling me into a hug. Then he gave me a very gentle kiss, "(f/n)..." I smiled and nodded, "I love you too."

I'm at months, so the bump is here. Tonight we were sitting on the couch watching a movie that involved a dog. I had ice cream with chocolate and strawberries on top. And I had cheddar popcorn. Takashi sat beside me with his water. Technically this is more of my cravings. Well... Really it's sweets.
