Sitting in your presence Lord
I think of all you have done for me.
I think also of people that the enemy used to let my spirit irritable be
And so Lord, as I talk to you each day
And as I grow more and more in your way
Today is the day that I gladly say "All of it I let go!"
The hurt I feel when my family uses me
With a deep breath I let it go
All the pain I feel when a co-worker is mean to me, I let it go.
When those I love make sad and shed a tear
I hear my heart say "Let it go"
When due to the negative actions of someone mean
I cant even find money to meet my needs
With tears in my eyes Lord, I let it go.
When at home and I feel all alone
I remember your words that this is not so
And with a thankful smitle, I let it go.
Whenthe enemy tries to remind me of sins past
I can laugh and shout at last "Satan I let it go!"
For you Lord have been my strength,source and shield
And you Lord I will never let go!
