Who Cares

There are days in my walk with Christ

That I feel as if no one cares

When I don't have food to eat

Or money to even by a fan to beat the heat

Who cares?

When my bills pile so high

Higher than my salary can supply

Who really cares?

When I can't find the money to pay mu child's fees

And no one is there to assist in spite of my pleas

Who really, really cares?

God cares are the words whispered in my ears

When you are sad and blue, I care

When circumstances hit you and you don't know what to do

I care.

I promised never to leave you my dear

And didn't I promise that I will always be near?

Wait and trust in me", I hear Him say

Believe me my child this is the only way!

All I ask you to do is to trust me and obey."

Then in submission my heart humbly says

Yes Lord I will trust you because I know that you care!
