RORI'S P.O.V. AGAIN!

'We've got the cure! Let one of the doctors in!' you scream as you find yourself at the outside of the quarantine room again. Your brother has now lost almost complete consciousness but you know he can hear you. He always does.

'I don't trust them, you know me little sis,' a soft whisper fills the box in front of you. Roane his empty green eyes stare at you for a second before they close again. You do know him, and you understand that he only trusts the best. He never was fond if most of the doctors as they always did their job wrong for some sort of extent.

The only ones he did trust were Smith, Jefferson and you. Smith is unable to help as he is busy with Y/N and Jefferson has gone home because of her fiancée, whom isn't always as healthy as she states he is. You don't blame her; you would do the same if you were her.

'The only one I trust is you,' he says, sweat dripping down his forehead. You feel how your breath stops, as you are the only one who is able to save your brother. But you're always so afraid something will go wrong when something is new. With animals, it is easy because you've studied for every possible outcome, but people are always changing.

'Just open the door,' you say with a soft tremble in your voice. You know he is weak, you know he will be unable to stand up, but he has to. The door is locked; no one can come in without him wanting them to.

'I can't,' he says, and before those words have come out, his body falls to one side. He is now completely unconscious, though not for long. As you watch his orange hair hit the ground, you feel how a sudden rage comes into your body, as if God has given you ONE chance to get your brother back.

You run through the plastic, collide into multiple doctors and find yourself being pulled back by a few of them. They don't want to lose another Murphy, you understand why. But you can't watch him die, you have to do something.

'LEAVE ME ALONE. I NEED TO HELP HIM!' You scream when one of them grabs your wrist. Your voice drips like venom off your tongue, your eyes shine as if a demon has released itself in them and your voice hurls itself at your attacker.

Addison has not yet given the syringe to another doctor and sees how you are being held back so furiously. She jumps and growls at everyone and everything that tries to hold you back, making quite an impression.

As the doctor released you of the fear that is squeezing the life out of him, you don't hesitate and jump at the door, hoping to break it. It cracks, not fully but enough to give you a hint that it will if you try again. You step back, run with full force against the wood and feel how the door takes you with it in its fall.

The devil laughs at you with great noise, pointing at you as if you are some fool on taking his soul. You scramble to your feet with your family's angel watching your back. You have to be strong now, bite through the pain that the fall has caused you. You need to be there for him.

You run to Roane, letting yourself fall to your knees. Addison strikes her head against your side like a cat, before letting the cure softly fall on the tiles. You know she has done well and deserves a treat, but you can't give her any right now.

'Roane, open your eyes,' you say, turning his limp body. You make sure his head rests on your lap as you lay his body full on the ground, not partly sitting against the wall and partly laying on the floor.

You roll up his left sleeve, revealing his pale skin and swollen veins. You take the cure with shaking hands but force yourself to stop shaking and steady your own fingers. You inhale deeply, and then you try to let the needle penetrate his skin.
