Chapter 16

When I went down in the cells, I saw Cloe and Drake kissing each other. Drakes chains were ripped off and Cloe's scent changed. Her Aroma was much more stronger, I mean it wasn't stronger as mine and David's but it was pretty strong. But how could her scent change, that would mean......it can't be. She couldn't have shifted that fast unless she was rare. This was way too much to take in, David has an inner demon, Cloe is rare wolf and has Drake the enemy as her mate and War is just around the corner. Everything is confusing me yet making me so angry. I felt like everything is just going beyond insane.

'All your emotions are overwhelming you, calm down before you shake the place with your earth element' Andrea said.

'Im as pissed at you as well as everyone so don't even start with me and this element crap' I growled and shut her out.

"Cloe" I said loud enough for her and Drake to hear me. They both snapped their heads in my direction and I could hear a deep growl from Drakes chest. He was angry at me but that was not going stop me from ripping his head off.

"Skylar i- i thought you were with David" She said quickly. I growled and Drake pushed her behind him and growled back at me.

"plans have changed" I said calmly.

"I'm leaving and taking Cloe with me" Drake said, his voice was demanding and in his eyes were pure rage and hate towards me.

"no you are not" I said. I could feel his wolf surfacing ready to attack me. He was challenging me and I knew David would kill him if he saw this.

"yes I am Skylar and you are not going to stop me" he said.

"no, I wont but David would kill you if you so much as step foot out of this cell, so if you really want to escape you would at least be smart about it" I spat. His eyes turned black and he shifted lunging at me. I dodged his attack and saw Cloe trying to stop him.

'Skylar, focus on your vampire, not your weather, not your elements but your vampire' Andrea said.

"Drake stop it!" Cloe yelled.

'take him outside' Andrea spoke.

'but what will Dav-' she stopped me by making a growl noise.

'enough about David, this is not his fight, this is yours. We will deal with him later' she said. I could tell she was angry at him, I mean I was too and I still am. I ran upstairs and outside where I saw pack fighters ready to shift and fight drake.

"Drake!" Cloe yelled but he ignored her and began walking around me looking at me like I was his prey.

"Luna!" The pack members yelled.

"Skylar!" I turned my head to see Jace.

"This is my fight" I said feeling something in me beginning to rise. Soon I began to feel fangs extending out and my nails becoming long and black. I looked up at Drake and Cloe looking at me like I was some kind of monster. Drake lunged at me first and I lunged back ready for impact.

Davids pov

'What did you say' I said growling.

'You heard me David, I said your mate and Cloe. If you want this to end, then kill them' I walked faster and felt anger rise in me.

'No! I will not kill my mate and My betas mates sister!' I yelled. I heard him chuckle which pissed me off even more.

'you are a fool you know that, You and I both know that we will weaken if we don't kill them' he spat back at me.
