"Well, i'll be leaving then. Being as your soooo uncomfortable with an assassin." I said, looking at the window. "I never said you had to leave, I just mean DON'T BREAK IN." I looked at Phoebe, unconvinced. "Look, I can tell i'm not wanted. Come on, Emerald." I say, getting up and opening the window we came in from. "Wait Cherry, Jack's gonna wanna-" "I already talked to him. He told me never to hurt you again. Buuuut that was when I first came out. So i'm assuming that was when Emie had gotten here and saw him trying to kill you." Phoebe stood in shock at what I had said. "Come on sis. Let's leave." I say, jumping out the window. She followed and landed with a nearly silent thump. "Good girl, now let's head back and sleep."
"Cherry, why are you so fond of Miss Adams?" Emerald asks me as we're walking back to HQ. I sighed, thinking about the question she asked. "I can see myself in her and I don't want her to share what I do." Emerald nodded. "Cherry, you always said mom and dad went someplace. And you inherited the house. Where did they go?" I stayed silent, after she asked that. "I killed mom and dad, six years after you were born. I was twelve, and you were six. You were at school, while I was suspended. I had walked into the living room, and stabbed them both to death. After that, I took you and ran to the thieves. And that is where we were for the past six years. Now you're twelve and i'm eighteen." Emerald gasped a bit and continued to walk silently. "Why?" "Whenever you weren't home or were asleep, Mom and Dad argued, and fought. Two nights before I killed them, Mom had used me as a small shield against dad's fist. That broke my nose. He went to punch her again, and hit me in the side of the head, causing me to go into the wall." I looked off, trying to contain my bitter thoughts. "Are you okay, Cherry?" "Yeah, i'm fine." I lie, walking a bit faster.
"Mason, do you have any good, long killings?" I yell, walking into the warehouse. "Well I do. I need four girls on the outskirts of town to be killed, and robbed. Then I need a woman who works at that college to be killed." I nodded. "I just need a file and i'll be on my way." He handed me two folders, filled with papers. "Thanks boss. If I do this right, i'll have enough to take off for a year." I say, walking out, thinking about how well calculated I should be.
"Girls, come on, I don't feel safe." "Oh come on, the Deer River College killer isn't here. That college is soo far in town." "Yeah Molly, there's nothing to be afraid of." "HELP!" I yelled to get the girls attention, smirking. "Let's go see who that was." I hear them walk over. "Hey, are you okay ma'am?" I look up to see three girls. "Yes, but I was just running away from a killer." They freeze. "We'll help you get home. It's better to be in groups, right?" i nodded, as the girls helped me get up. "You wanna know what my favourite thing to do is?" I say as we were on the outskirts of the forest. They shook their heads, and I moved my hand to were my knife was. "Nighty Night." They looked at me, and I slit all of their throats, in a swift and fluid motion. "That was easy, honestly." I smirk, walking back through the wood to the college, to kill the one teacher. I knew she'd be there from what the report said, she was there till seven at night, and now it was six. Very convenient for me. "Alrighty, Liliane Horsegarden, the science teacher. Age 24. This is going to be fun, always wanted to kill a teach." I say, walking to the window to her classroom. I see she isn't there, so that gives me time to get in through the window. I hear heels clicking and hide, the door opens. "I'm glad that Miss Adams has been excused from her classes. She's always been a snotty know it all brat." I contained a growl at the word the woman had said. I looked and saw her back facing me, so I ran up to her. "You know Miss Adams has almost been killed more times that she can count. And her boyfriend is gone." She whipped around at my words. "Y..y..you, you're the girl that killed Miss Airheart. And Nemesis." I nodded at the teacher's stunned words. "And i'll be the death of your sorry ass." I say, grabbing my already bloodied knife. She stood stunned, back against the black board. I grinned as i'd pinned her to the board, hands on either side. "Move and i'll slit your throat. Stay and i'll stab you in the heart." She whimpered, and I quickly stabbed her in the heart, repeatedly. "Well, now I gotta bail, janitors are bound to find her body." I quickly jump out the window and run. Oh how Phoebe will hate me.
