When will I get my happy ever after ?

Chapter 2

Oliver's POV

Did she seriously believe she had a chance with me? I mean, look at me then look at her, yeah, I thought so. 

'She is beautiful,' whimpers my wolf Striker 'you're delusional'.

'Get over it. I have my reasons for rejecting her and that is final.' I reply

'Did you see the way she looked at you? It was like she was looking through you'

'I didn't notice' I roll my eyes. 

I lied, I noticed. I just don't care. I CAN'T CARE.

I've heard the rumors about her at school. They say she's worthless, weak, and nerdy. What kind of image would she give my pack if she became my Luna? We'd be seen as weak to all the neighboring packs. Not to mention the things that can happen to my reputation at school.

I am the most feared and popular soon-to-be Alpha in school. I could do what ever I wanted to whomever I pleased. Yes, I am known as a player because I've gone out with my fair share of girls then broke their hearts. In my opinion, they were just eye candy. If the girl looked the part, she gets the title of becoming my girl.  If someone better comes along, I throw them out like the trash they are. Some of them actually spread rumors that I've gotten them pregnant and all that crap just to get back at me but it's just bad rumors. I've actually never slept with any of them. Surprise! Surprise! I'm still a virgin. Just because I didn't exactly want a mate didn't mean I didn't want to save myself for her just in case I ended up keeping her. Now that I've rejected her I can do whatever I want.

When I woke up this morning Striker kept bugging me to go for a run before school. Everyone knows not to go against your wolf unless you want to walk around with a migraine all day so I obliged. After eating breakfast I shifted and took off. It's annoying getting dressed just to get undressed, but if I don't, I would end up with shredded clothes and I hate shopping even more. I should have known that I was going to find my mate with all the crap Striker kept saying in my head.

'I bet she's gorgeous!'

'Who?'

'I bet she's smart!'

'Who's smart?'

'I bet she's strong!'

'What are you talking about?!'

When we first saw our mate, I immediately recognized her as the school mutt that everyone picks on. I've seen her around at times and she's always looked so weak. I've always felt some kind of connection with her but I was never close enough to recognize her as my mate. I never picked on her because I never thought she was worth my time. Plus it looked liked she would pass out just from poking her. I even heard that she can't shift!

'Lies! I've spoken to her angelic wolf myself. Her name is Sun.'

Thats interesting. Majority of students at my high school are werewolves and the others are  human mates so I have just about seen everyone in this school in there wolf form; however, every time Marina was given the chance to shift she didn't. 

That being said doesn't change that fact that she is not strong enough to become my Luna. It would be embarrassing for not only me but for my entire pack. So, I did the best thing I could think of in such short notice. I rejected her then went to school.

When I got to school I spotted one of the sluts that was always trying to suck up to me for the honor of being my Luna. Her name is Barbra but everyone calls her Barbie because of how fake she is. Everything on her is fake. She has a fake tan, fake bleach blonde hair, breast implants, and an a** implant! She wears practically nothing and she throws herself at basically everyone. I can't be mad at her though, It's her body and she can do what she wants with it. Right now I can tell you from the look that she is giving me that she is choosing to give her body to me.

Who am I to deny what the moon goddess obviously wants to give me.

After almost 10 years of not looking at this story I am actually cringing while reading it. I am terrible at writing in a males POV but I will try my best. I am making a declaration that I will finish this story.
