On the way to Marinas new pack house she couldn't help but wonder what would happen now.She knew she couldn't forgive Oliver yet but she didn't want to shut him out.She agreed to give him a chance to prove his loyalty to her but she's still uncertain about something.She wonders if once he gets to know her will she still be wanted. She's not going to be one of those girls who gives him everything he wants just by snapping his fingers. She doesn't want to be a slave anymore.If being saved means waiting on him hand and foot she might as well have stayed where she was.She was tired of being pushed around. She wanted a legacy and waiting on everyone's hand and foot was not going to give her one. She's determined now to become a better she wolf with or without Oliver by her side. It was time that everyone stopped thinking of her as if she was weak and beneath them.No, she wasn't going to tolerate that anymore. She's going to train her human and wolf self to be a fully loaded weapon. She wants to learn it all. Experience what she's been missing out on for all those years. She wanted to go to parties and dance all night until her legs gave out from exhaustion.She wanted to make friends and go shopping for a whole new wardrobe whenever she pleased. She wanted to go on romantic dates with her mate that others only dreamed would come true. She wanted to be a normal teenager that made mistakes and had to learn from the consequences because she could still afford to mess up. She didn't care if the pack didn't like her anymore. Like Oliver said, they'll learn to love her because if they don't they'll lead a life In exile. She's done nothing wrong to them and it's time she got some respect. She wanted to be a great luna for them and not get taken advantage of. Oliver wants the same for her. He wants to give her a new and better life. A life without stress. He doesn't want her to regret giving him another chance. He wasn't lying when he said he wanted to change. He doesn't want to be known as a player anymore. He wants to be known as one of those bad boys with a heart of gold.He knows that his feelings for her changed way to fast but that didn't matter. He wants her now. Better late than never right? He wants to take it slow with her. He wants to try to put his needs aside and give her the relationship she deserves.He's not going to mess this up.
