Driving through Hyde Park was beautiful although we were driving on the grass getting deafer and deafer by screaming girls as the time goes on. We headed straight for the Lake where a huge boat stayed playing; you guessed it, ‘Up all night’. The boat was covered in pretty lights, people and screaming girls following. This was so typical of the boys. I should have guessed.

Security guards helped me out of the car and walked me to the boat about to leave the dock. As I stepped on, the guard let go of my arm as he gave it to Harry

“You looking amazing” He smiled walking me onto the main part of the boat

“You clean up pretty well too”

“Here, stand in front of me” He directed me

“What are we doing?” he put his hands covering my eyes

“You’ll see” I heard him laugh. He walked me for awhile but very slowly. He stopped walking as I heard the idiotic voice of Louis whisper “One, Two, and Three...” Harry lifted off his hands as I saw all my friends scream, “SURPRISE”.

“Oh, my, gosh!” I turned around in shock as Harry hugged me and whispered in my ear

“Happy Birthday”

“Was this your idea?” I smiled

“I’d love to take credit but really it was Lu’s” He turned me around as Lu had his arms out ready for a hug

“Your too nice” I hugged him

“I’m just glad to have you back” All I could think of was ‘aw’. “Go see your friends”

Straight away I ran up to Lauren not realising I’d interrupted her talking to Niall

“Happy Birthday Girl!” She smiled

“17” I exhaled loudly

“You old lady” we both laughed “I think he wants to talk to you” She pointed to Blake. I walked over feeling shaky.

“Happy Birthday” He smiled hugging me

“I’m surprised you came. Wasn’t it expensive?”

“Yeah, flights are expensive, so is accommodation though it’s only one night. But Harry paid for it. I tried to give him money but he wouldn’t take It.”

“No way” I felt angry and happy. What’s wrong with me? More importantly what’s wrong with Harry?

“Yeah, well. Is everything okay with you two? Because I’m really sorry for kissing you and I really shouldn’t have.”

“It’s not your fault, nothings anyone’s fault. Just had to move on” I smiled

“Well its good you know what you want” He smiled back trying to hide the pain

“Spill...” I knew he was hiding something

“I have nothing to spill” he was being annoyingly stubborn

“I know when you do, and you so do”

“You always know what you’re going to do next. So does everyone. But I’m stuck in the present. It’s like I’m moving forward but not moving anywhere.”

“You know exactly what you want. You just need to make it happen” I smiled at him

“Like what?”

“Here” I passed him my phone which I showed him a website I’d saved

“What is it?” he stared for awhile

“Footy tryouts for Australian Roo’s. I know you want it, you know you want it. So go for it”

“Thank you!” he hugged me looking emotional

“Got the meeting with the coach all set up.”

“You really hooked me up” he laughed

“Totally. I care about your future bro.”

“Same. That’s why I got you this.” He passed me an envelope

“What is it”

“Present”

“You didn’t have to do that” I slowly opened it

“I did so” I pulled out a sheet of paper that read

Thank You Blake for your letter regarding a scholarship for Caitlin Alexander to attend London Girls, College of Performing Arts.

Due to her enrolment in the school already and her position she holds in the music and performing business in the media, we have granted acceptance for her to hold in the honours list as one of our 10 performing scholarships of 2012.

Sincerelly

Alyssa Hope

“You didn’t!” I screamed in happiness

“Sure did. I figured that you already are paying way too much money than you should be to be part of that school so that might reduce the cost a bit” He smiled

“Thank you” I laughed

“Have a nice night” He left. When he goes, I feel empty. It was getting harder and harder to say goodbye to him though it was pretty much a practise for the day when I will say goodbye to him forever.
