Tatiana's POV

I walked over to Alonzo's car with Jazz and Ziza.

"Heyyy" I said giving him a hug.

"Where's Yasmine?" He asked before pulling out the car park.

"She's walking with Mateo" Aziza said looking out the window.
"She's there!" She shouted rolling down the window. Alonzo slowed down the car a little. Me and Jazz were in the back, so I leaned over Jazz (she was sat behind Aziza) and waved to Yasmine and Mateo who were walking on the sidewalk.

They both waved, then Mateo started to dance goofily. Yasmine tried to reverse but failed tragically.

"Don't EVER do that again" Mateo said. We all laughed as they started walking again.

A car behind us started beeping since we were driving at like 5mph. So Jazz took her seat belt and stuck her body out the window to shout "SHUT THE FUCK UP!!"

"Yeah!" Ziza said sticking her head out and sticking her middle fingers up. I was about to stick my head out the car to see the guy beeping when we heard sirens.

"Oh shit" I said sliding back into the seat.

"Yeah officer it won't happen again" Alonzo smiled at the police officer who walked back to his car. Then we all just started laughing as he drove each of us home.

I said bye to Alonzo and walked up the driveway and saw a BMW series 3 in white, with a bow on top.
I walked slowly towards it when my mom walked out the house.

"Hi mum" I said still eyeing the car.

"Tatiana, why are you home late?" She asked walking out the house quickly. I opened my mouth to answer but she interrupted quickly.
" Do you like it?"

"Is it mine?!"

"Yeah it's a late birthday present since your dad wasn't here and-" her voice was no longer a focus point for me. All I cared about was my new car!
I ran up to my mum and gave her a big hug.

"Thank you, thank you" I said giving her a kiss on the cheek.

"Where's dad?" I asked once I let her go.

"He's coming soon, but you need to get dressed. I'm cooking a big meal for us so that we can celebrate the fact that you're 16 together" mum pinched my cheeks as if I was a baby. When I got to my bedroom I changed into.

While I was waiting for my mum to call me down I watched Before I Wake on Netflix. My iPad kept pinging with notifications so I paused the movie on the tv and reached for my iPad. On our Instagram group chat my friends were talking about Lisa. I scrolled up and saw Maya had sent a picture of Lisa and Ayo.

Itz.jazz: Yo, Tee did u know bout this?
Blxck.angel: yeah Mateo told me.
Tayvion01: And u didn't tell us
Maya.K:This nigga is tripping
Maya.K:People said he took her v-card but she wasn't even a virgin. 🤷🏾‍♀️
Itz.jazz:oh snap you better tell him Tee 😉
Blxck.angel:Did you guys not get the memo 😒
Zizzza:He's lame anyway you're right to move on
Blxck.angel:At least someone's listening to me.
Zizzza:I gotcha girl.

I left my iPad on my pillow and continued to watch Before I Wake.

A few minutes later I heard the door open and ran downstairs.

"Daddy!" I shouted before giving him a hug. I hadn't seen him in a while because he was working in London or something. He works with airports and there was an issue in Luton.

"Hey baby girl" he wrapped his arms around me and I relaxed into his arms for a moment. Then I heard someone cough behind me.
My big brother Trevor came out of the living room.
"Trevor" I laughed and ran up to him to give him a hug.

"Sorry I missed your birthday lil girl" he said hugging me.

"It's fine"

"No, it's not. Which is why" he started. He ran into the living room and came back with a gift bag.
" I got you this"
I opened the bag to see a card and a box wrapped up tightly.
"You see my wrapping skills." He smirked. I giggled a little as I ripped it open.

"Why don't you ever help me wrap the presents at Christmas then Trevor?" I heard my mom ask from the kitchen.

I gasped when I saw that he bought me Beats solo3 wireless by Dr Dre.

"Your welcome" he smirked.

^Trevor is 20 and currently studying at university.
